Quick efficient process. Was greeted straight away, shown our location. Got the bus within 10 mins. Picked the bus up on return within 10 mins. Picked up the car which was as we left it.

I have used these many times now. Car locked up securely and quick bus to the airport. Takes the stress out of the start of your holiday

I use Airparks Birmingham very frequently ( usually at least once a month )... I have used them for convenience , and the price has always been fair.... until recently ... The price nowadays , is making me consider alternatives...i.e. catch train to/from Birmingham Airport.... This might be a slightly less convenient way to travel to/from airport ... but Airparks seem to be pricing themselves out of the market ( for me , at least ) ... especially if I am away for more than 3 days .

Bays were very tight, particularly for an estate car.

Excellent experience and service. Good communication, friendly staff, easy to locate, easy to park and exit. Bus transfers were regular and we didn't have to wait long at all, either way. Just a bit expensive at £85 for a week, even though this was the cheapest option out of all the airport car parks. Before covid I used to park for 2 weeks for this price.

Airport parking has gone up quite substantially and you now park the car your self take your keys with you then have to fetch your own car out of the car park ,there are less people working the site so can’t understand why it’s so expensive now . We can now get a taxi to the airport cheaper then parking so be careful about your pricing.

Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival and when I got back the car was ready with a hassle free exit and journey home. Very convenient for Birmingham airport and transit relatively quick.

Safe location, short coach journey to the airport. Helpful parking marshals, collection on return was quick and easy. All in all very straightforward

Excellent service always used APH at Hams Hall but they closed and transferred our booking to Airparks. Was a little bit scary when the chap at booking in hadn't heard of FHR. It all went well he found our booking.

Very good car park.Quick transfer too Airport.

Parking the car was fine. On return we waited for the coach but there were more people than the coach could take, a plane load from Mexico. The driver said he would ring for another coach to be sent straight out - none arrived. We were left waiting in the freezing cold.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE GOOD. SPACES VERY TIGHT. NOT A LOT OF ROOM TO MANOEUVRE DIFFICULT TO GET OUT OF SPACE EVEN WITH PARKING SENSORS FRONT AND BACK. ONLY AN AVERAGE SIZE CAR NOT ESTATE. USED THE SAME CAR PARK IN OCTOER AND HAD DIFFICULTY THEN. I POINT OUT MY HUSBAND WAS DRIVING NOT ME!

Simple basic, but secure parking at a very reasonable cost. Have used this service before and will do again. My only issue, is not being able to extend your booking if your return is delayed (which can happen given the present circumstances), but have to pay a £15 daily rate, which negates any savings made!
