If you think you've successfully placed a booking, but haven't yet received a confirmation email, please check your email spam/junk folder. You can also request a confirmation resend. Log in to your account and select 'manage your booking'. Choose the booking you need resent and select 'Resend confirmation'.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal.
We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.
You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there.
You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.
If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.
You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time.

The 'parking from' time on your confirmation is the time slot the car park has allocated you, so it’s important to let us know if you need to change the time, if its more than 24 hours before you are due to park. If it is less than 24 hours before your meet is due, you should call the chauffeurs using the number on your confirmation voucher.

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.
Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.
