What is the drop-off procedure?
When you arrive, all you need to do is park in one of the marked bays and report to reception. Present your printed confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and hand in your car keys to us.
What is the pick-up procedure?
On your return, all you need to do is wait where you were dropped off and the transfer bus will take you back to the car park.
What security measures does the car park have?
Cars are parked in a secure car park with security fencing, CCTV, floodlighting and regular patrols
Additional Information
Because this is a special low price, you can't make any changes to your booking, or cancel and get a refund. All Airparks buses have disabled access. Airparks can't accept minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles more than 2.1m (7 ft) high, even if you book more than one space. Airparks can't accept taxis, as they can only be driven by the licence holder. No trailers are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.

The plane returned late due to a problem with a strike in Greece. A lot of customers had the same problem and we were all told that we were blocking car park space that could have sold to other customers. I'm sure you get a lot of "off the cuff" customers between 01:00 and 04:00. Holding cars for ransom is not acceptable

good service but some distance from the airport, if the M42 is blocked it could cause an issue with booking onto the flight if there isn't a bus ready to go on your arrival. expensive drop and collect service on return.

Was happy with the service on my outbound journey but the service received on the way back was appalling. The driver was rude and obnoxious. In fact, I don't think I will book with airparks again due to his attitude. All the best.

Excellent service, car was well looked after and the transfer to and fro the airport was great, I just wish who ever pinched my keyring from my key would let me have it back and be at least warned that it was not appropriate !!

What should have been a smooth transfer from the airport to the Airpark turned out to be chaotic. After just missing the bus transfer back to get my car we then had to wait 25 minutes for the next one to arrive, no problem we thought as we're at the front of the queue to get on the bus. How wrong...the bus arrived but stopped at the end of the queue not at the front, so everybody that arrived later than us got on the bus first and was quickly filled up.....No room for us and other passengers that had been waiting for 25 mins+ The driver called through for another bus to come and get us, but how long would this take. I decided to get a taxi to get my car from Airparks which was an unwanted extra cost of £12! Airparks knew how many people would be arriving at that time to get a bus to collect cars so why didn't they put on the extra bus before the problem arose, or is this a ploy to make people go for the car delivery upon your arrival at the airport for an extra £30!!! How can that price be justified for somebody to drive your car and use your fuel for a 10/15 minute drive???

Quick and easy procedure unfortunately we had to fly home 3 days early due to family emergency and had no way to contact before we arrived car was not ready as we were early but only took them 10 minutes to sort and they where so helpful thanks guys will use again
