After reading reviews about barriers failing to open followed by long waits to get out of the car park I was worried, but no such problems for me. Brilliant car park, barriers recognised my car registration and opened pretty quickly. It was October half term so the car park was pretty full, but I found a choice of spaces on an upper level. Once parked it was a quick short walk into the terminal almost all under cover which is great because it was raining hard. After our holiday it was a quick walk back to the car and the barrier opened similarly quickly to allow us out. The only criticism? The parking spaces are very narrow, we had to stop where the cars drive along to allow passengers to get out, then squeezed into the space and the driver got out carefully. I’m sure not all drivers are careful so you may return from flight to a scratch or dent in your car.

Did what they said when they said. Slight problem with email confirmation as their system does not seem to like emailing to Hotmail ! which meant i had to call them & provide another non hotmail email

we have parked here several times before - however, this time everything was really excellent, We did not have to wait to access the car park(as sometimes happened in previous bookings) and also exit was fine.

Shambolic. Car park was full so despite having paid had to sit outside at the barrier unable to access with no contact details

Arrival and departure with car reg recognition went smoothley but i would not recommend car park 2 at Birmingham airport at the moment....there are works ongoing at the airport with many pavements blocked off and unclear signage. What was supposed to be a 5 minute walk from terminal was a 20 minute stumble around in the dark with heavy suitcases unable to find pedestrian entrance so we had to use vehicle access ...only safe because it was 1am! Not ideal.

Fantastic no problems at all finding a space so easy. The only negative was the spaces are very narrow for bigger cars.

As always easy parking at Birmingham airport FHR. Had a change of vehicle between booking and arriving which was easy to change. Only issue was that the ANPR didn't pick up on my number plate on leaving the carpark which was dealt with swiftly.

An easy process to book, knowing we had a reserved space and our car would be safe whilst we were away. We did find a space but it was on door eight and we had to search for it. As always.l, the spaces were wide and long enough for all vehicles, if the person in the space to you has parked their car appropriately.

Perfectly convenient for the airport, especially as it was raining on the day. Also, it nearly all worked as stated on the booking forms. However. two points of disappointment. first the cost,- more expensive than Manchester, for example, second, - the machine wanted to charge me £270 to exit the car park on return. This was sorted by speaking to someone via the intercom, but some people may have fallen for this ploy. Would have been 5 stars apart from these points.

Car par 2 was closed, so 3 was quite full and only space we could find was between a wall and a pillar, a bit small for our tiguan, meaning a climb over to get out of passenger door and a walk round the end of the row to get luggage out of boot and squeeze between cars. On return at 1am we had to walk round hoardings to find entrance to car park, making it tricky to find our way in the dark. Barrier didn't lift automatically when we put in our card and showed an alarming fee, even though we'd already paid in advance, however this was quickly resolved after pressing button to speak to someone who let us out. Paid extra for this carpark for the convenience of being able to walk to terminal. Have used before and may do again for this reason.

It allows you into the car park BUT this is the 2nd time of the last 3 bookings with yourself that the barrier did not automatically open and I had to contact via the call button to open, most embarrassing with a queue of cars behind

Booked weeks in advance but automatic number plate recognition didn't work, so pressed for assistance and was informed to take a ticket. On our return, instructions told us to insert our car park ticket and the barrier would raise, it didn't, so we had to call for assistance again, because when inserting the ticket it demanded over £600 car park fee, for which we had already paid. Customer service assistant asked for our registration and raised the barrier so we could exit. So overall not a very smooth operation and doesn't do what it says on the tin! We had the same problems in September 2022 so obviously they are not able to sort the problem!!!
