Very easy to book. Needed to change our outbound arrival time which we were able to do without any issues. Car park was well signed and easy to find, though was a bit of a walk to the terminal, fortunately it wasn’t raining.

Somewhat on the small side and chaotic weather or not to go in the cabin to handover the car keys or use the machine which was being manned. Not great if you have travelled up from London and pushed for time.

I booked and paid for a premium valet service parking due to having a physical disability. I and my family were very disappointed with the service. There was actually no valet or any benefit to paying for this - we had to park in a car park and drop the keys of to some youngsters sat in a hut who obviously didn't want to be there. The signposting was atrocious and we had to walk, with our baggage along uneven walkways. It would have been cheaper and more convenient to have parked in the multistorey car park - at least there would have been some cover, lighting and closer to the terminal building. I have used valet parking at airports throughout the UK and abroad - this always entails someone meeting you at a location usually adjacent to the arrivals/departure areas you give them the key, take your bags & job done - obviously. Birmingham have a completely different way of doing things, which is laughable - didn't complain at the time as had been travelling for long period & had long drive ahead - also, the staff in the hut weren't the ones responsible, although a bit of customer service skills training wouldn't go amiss!

Not a real valet parking as you have a fair walk to the parking past closer car parks ! But all in all a good service , very quick and easy to use. Although the other valet parking was going out and taking pictures ours just asked for our mileage . Upon returning it had on used 2 miles so must have been parked close so all together very pleased as friends had had theirs moved 11 miles with another company.

This valet parking at Birmingham airport was not the smoothest I've experienced. Though I had my confirmation, initially wanted a voucher, then wanted to know mileage. All sorted on return, after a delayed flight of one and half hours, the car was waiting for me, but had a completely flat battery. The car had been left in neutral and not park, therefore, engine was not switched off. Initially when pointed out that I couldn't start car due to their error, they were very off hand saying it wasn't their problem to fix. After a rather heated debate on my part, finally manager was called and the issue was finally fixed after an hour. So on balance it was ok, but the staff need more customer service and I think basic driving skills training.

Really easy to use. Drove into the car park, the reception staff were lovely, really helpful, there was another valet service there and I could hear people having lots of problems, but with this service it was easy to use. On my return my car was waiting, again really helpful staff

Very close to the terminal. Quick and easy drop-off and collection. Would be useful if they a few of their own baggage trolleys. We arrived at about 3am with 2 wheel-less large and heavy soft bags and had to wander around trying to find one in a nearby car park. Fortunately one of their staff went along with us to show us where they were located.

Car drop off went smoothly. Return was less smooth with delays due to Birmingham airport closure, because of quantity of private flights inbound for state funeral. Rang given number from arrivals and was told to just go to the valet parking office. Car was not ready and had to wait 15mins in the valet car park. Staff were apologetic but the wait was the last thing needed at 5am.
