Long Stay Car Park

Bristol airport is very expensive and the car park a long walk from terminal FHR good but best to avoid bristol. It makes gatwick or heathrow look excellent !!!

Perfect for what we want

The booking process is nice and easy. The signage within the car park is great. The lane and space numbering is great. Things have changed though since I last used the car park. The entrance to the long stay was much closer to the airport entrance. That was much easier and far more convenient. The signing tow within the airport is not so goog. The signs/font are too small to be easily visible at 3AM in the morning when it’s dark. Somewhat frustrating, but not your fault

Easy to get to, lots of spaces but they are small and the terrain is not the best throughout!

Was slightly better than using the Silver Parking, but its further away than you think as its the short stay car park which is straight in front of the departures, walked straight in and out but if the weather is bad it would not be ideal, could do with some covered walkways

Such as easy and cost effective process. Easy to book and when I asked about a delayed flight they were great, helping me to understand any extra costs (none in this case as it turned out). Just turned up and Parker easily. On exit just drove to the barrier and same again. No need to go to ticket machines as the number plate registration worked great.

Easy and convenient, from booking to departing was effortless.

Bristol Long Stay car park is so conveniently placed just over the road from the terminal, so no buses needed just a 3-5 minutes walk depending on where you park. The hardest part is finding the exit to leave as the car park seems to go on and on :-)

Hi, very happy with your booking service but very frustrated yesterday that I was unable to contact you from abroad when our flight back from Lanzarote was cancelled due to technical problems and we did not know when we would get back. I was concerned that we would not be able to get out of the barrier as we would have run over our time. Please can you supply a contact number to use from abroad in addition to the 0871 number for UK calls? Also, the state of the Long Term car park is appalling. We returned to seriously heavy rain and gales so my husband tried to bring the car round to the covered walk way to collect the luggage but the car park is poorly lit and was fenced off, preventing him from getting back to collect me and the luggage. In the end , we had to wheel it all the way back to the car and due to the appalling surface of the car park (it seems to be rough gravel rather than tarmac, my luggage is damaged. It really is a sub standard carpark for airport parking - please can something be done about this. Thank you regards, Barbara Spittal

We originally reserved parking for summer 2020 but due to Covid we had to rearrange the reservation several times as holidays had to be cancelled. Ceri in your booking department was outstanding in helping us to rearrange on each occasion, always getting back to us quickly if we had to leave a message. A superb service, thank you Ceri!

Easy to book. Easy parking and only a few minutes from the airport terminal

Booking process and instructions on arriving and departure all went smoothly. The reason I didn’t feel able to score 5 stars is that we spent a long time trying to find.a space ( this may have been because we couldn’t see how to access all the car park with following the signage. Eventually found a space beyond the exit but the ground was very rough and again lacked adequate signage of how to get to the terminal ( only seen when nearer).

The car park was extremely packed and there was no indication of where to find a space and the roadways were very narrow.

Extremely expensive

Trouble free booking.

Booking and access to the parking site was simple and straightforward .Well done everybody. The only gripe I have is the price and clearly you can't / won't do anything about that .except increase the charge it the next time I want to travel. Not much else to say.

Easy to book, simple to access and very convenient for the airport.

Some of the roads/lanes are very narrow and as vehicles today are a lot bigger some of them stick out into those narrow lanes making it very difficult to manoeuvre out of your bay. Exit signs are very poor with road arrows seemingly pointing in all directions. We arrived late at night and we’re parked in E12….this was one of the slightly wider roads close to the terminal, which had a vacant space. I look forward to hearing from you.

Mostly ok but cameras didn’t seem to recognise number plate on exit - took a while to get out. Also not enough spaces and very unclear signage
