Meet & Greet Bristol Airport

First time at Bristol Airport. A little confusing on arrival as we are used to just pulling up outside the airport and waiting for someone to collect the car. Wasn't totally clear that we had to report to the cabin however when we did the service was very efficient. When collecting the car on return it was brilliant service. Car was already in the car park waiting for us which was far better than having to wait for someone to bring it to us. Would definitely use again!

I would highly recommend using this company and the meet and greet service. Very, very easy and convenient. Timely and clear instructions make an excellent start, and end, to your holiday. The staff are very helpful and friendly too. I can't praise enough.

Highly efficient drop off and collection

It is not possible to rate as our flight was cancelled and therefore could not go. We cannot get a refund and have lost the money. I will not book parking until last minute next time. It would be nice for a reminder a few days before to give chance to cancel.

Meet and greet very well handled and worked well but the cubicle where keys are handed in needs protection from the elements for customers. i got very cold and wet whilst handing over the keys.

Booking easy and all went well, as usual with BookFHR First time i'd used Bristol Meet and Greet and it's excellent especially this time of year. Just a fairly short walk to the terminal. The staff were friendly too. Prefer it now to the Long Stay Car park (one fairly near the terminal) as that gets wet and muddy, due to the surface, which clogs up the suitcase wheels!

Really easy drop off and collection

Normally this service merits four or five stars. This time they let themselves down by having no idá where they had parked the car for collection. It took fifteen minutes in pouring rain to find the vehicle. POOR

This service essentially allows you to drop and collect your car at the far end of the short stay car park at Bristol airport. From the drop-off point, you will have to walk across the car park to get to the covered walkway to / from the airport terminal, so if it is raining, you will still get wet.
