What is the drop-off procedure?
The parking office will call you around half an hour before you are due to arrive, however if you expect to arrive earlier or later than planned, please call the office on 01275 332120 and let them know in advance. On arrival, park up and report to reception. You will be required to leave your keys and you'll be transported to the airport drop off area which takes around 10 minutes.
What is the pick-up procedure?
FOR BOOKINGS RETURNING BETWEEN 08:00 - 22:00 ONLY Once you have landed, please call 01275 332120 and provide our team with your reservation SURNAME & REGISTRATION NUMBER. Once you have collected your luggage, please follow this up with a phone call to the same number. We will liaise with you for the return of your vehicle/return shuttle, where we intend to provide this service within a 30 minute time frame from your second call. In case of emergencies, and only in the case of emergencies, please call 07917 831806. Whilst we aim to provide your return service within 30 minutes from your call, we cannot always guarantee this. Our team will be in communication with you regarding any potential delays. FOR BOOKINGS RETURNING BETWEEN 22:00 - 08:00 ONLY Once you have landed, please text 07769 420700 with your reservation SURNAME & REGISTRATION NUMBER. Once you have collected your luggage, please follow this up with a phone call to the same number. We will liaise with you for the return of your vehicle, where we intend to provide this service within 30 minutes from your call. The journey to the airport was fine however upon our return to the U.K. we had to wait over an hour for our collection from Bristol Airport which is unsatisfactory at 1am I did not realise that the parking arrangement was leaving my car at a pub. Next time I’ll use the more reliable larger parking companies that have a regular shuttle service not just one passenger transport van, even if it costs more.

I was late arriving, but they were in contact to ensure I was coming and asked for ETA. As soon as I arrived, we left straight away and was in good time for flight. Return was just as good - quick phone call and they were on their way. The only downside (hence 4*) was that the car drop off point was not easy to find, but allowed extra time for this as we had not used before.

My driver carpet was very dirty, and so were my tyres. They were full of mud. After coming back and looking at the transport tyres I was shocked. Only one headlight working and a wing mirror completely taped up. This is a safety issue

We had10 people in our double booking. The park was 1a minutes away which was ok but the transport to the airport were a couple of old suvs. On the return when I phoned after passport control we were told to phone after we collected our luggage. I told them there should be two vehicles on several occasions. Only one arrived and when I complained the drivers aide were not due for another couple of hours. We kept being told the vehicle was only 8 mins away but we had to keep chasing while the other half of our party had to stand waiting for us. The whole experience was a bit amateurish but was quite cheap.
