Excellent service when I arrived to the staff was friendly and helpful there was no waiting around we loaded our luggage into the bus and straight down to the port. On our return trip there was no waiting around straight onto the bus back to the car park car was waiting for us.

Just as it says on the tin, spot-on.

Nobody does Meet and Greet from the Dover port so this was second best. However, although rather tucked away in an Industrial area, it was fairly easy to find. The whole experience was both quick and professional. When we arrived they loaded our cases onto their vehicle and we were off within a short period of time. They were there again when we returned with a swift transportation to their depot. Their staff were very polite and even gave great directions to avoid roadworks for our journey home. All in all, this seems to be a good local Company and I would use them again and thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. No hanging around, we handed over our keys and the mini bus was waiting to take us to the terminal straight away. On our return they were already waiting for us and our car was right outside the office where we collected our keys. There was nothing to fault and the drivers and office staff were helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Very good polite service and helpful staff. The ability to keep your car keys. The pick up organisation for disembarkation was excellent. The use of a 40 seater coach was a spot to speed up time it takes to get to the car park.

Good service, just need some way of queuing when waiting for coach at Dover port. Everyone was just pushing in, a coach came in the end. Apart from that, we will definitely use again.

Excellent service. Greeted by friendly helpful staff who took our luggage from our car and placed in minibus and took our luggage and us to port terminal and took luggage into terminal. On return mini bus awaited us when disembarked and took us back to our car and helped put luggage in car. Very good service. I would recommend this parking firm.

Excellent service to and from car park and port. We were most impressed that when trying to find car park we pulled into side of road to let following traffic pass that a Relyon vehicle pulled up alongside us and told us to follow him. He obviously saw our luggage in back of car and realised we were customers. Well done

we were a little disappointed that we were kept waiting on a coach until it filled up on arrival before we were taken to dover port. However, on return there was a coach waiting for us and we left straight away. otherwise service was very good staff were friendly and toilet facilities were very clean .

I used Ralyon Dover a couple of months ago and found them very efficient and had very little time to wait. Sadly this time we had to wait for half an hour at the port waiting for the coach or mini bus to take us back to their car park in an area with no seating for our elderly companions. Furthermore there was no updates from the Ralyon staff waiting with us at the port which added to the frustration. Having found this company efficient in the past, I do now feel I would consider an alternative in the future.

We found Relyon (Dover Cruise Port) to be very efficient. They transported us swiftly to the cruise port on our arrival and were waiting to collect us when we returned from our holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation using Relyon again.

Efficient, courteous and prompt service

Checking in was excellent very quick with helpful and polite baggage handlers and drivers. Returning was however not very good too many passengers swamped the courtesy vehicles so we took a cab back to your site where retrieving our keys and car was achieved with the minimum amount of fuss I appreciate that it can not be easy to control a mass of passengers all eager to get home but I think two men at the port may have stood more chance.
