JetParks 1 is located around 2 miles from East Midlands Airport, which takes around 5 minutes. The car park and airport can be accessed by a free shuttle bus that arrives/departs around every 15-20 minutes. Simply arrive at the car park and hop aboard the shuttle to the airport, and similarly once you arrive back at the airport, you will be taken to the JetParks car park quickly and efficiently.

Yes, the JetParks 1 and 2 car parks are located a short distance from the main terminal. You can be at the airport in minutes via the free shuttle bus that departs around every 15 minutes from the car park, and vice versa.
What is the drop-off procedure?
The drop-off procedure from the car park is very simple. You don’t need a ticket or booking confirmation when arriving at the car park, as your vehicle’s number plate will be automatically recognised. You can then choose a spot and head to reception to check in. From here, you can wait for the shuttle bus to the airport.
What is the pick-up procedure?
The pick-up procedure back to the car park is just as straightforward. Once you arrive back at the airport, await the shuttle bus to JetParks. Once you get to the car park, the barriers will once again recognise your vehicle number plate, and you’ll be free to leave the car park.
What security measures does the car park have?
Both JetParks car parks have a Park Mark award, meaning that they comply with the required safety and security measures. The car parks feature CCTV, perimeter fencing, good lighting and regular security patrols to give you peace of mind that your vehicle will be safe and secure.
Directions to JetParks 1 Car Park
Driving from Derby:
If you’re driving to the car parks from Derby City, it’s easy to get to them. Simply follow the A52 and A6 roads south onto the Southern Bypass to Castle Donington. From here, follow on to the A453 which gets you to JetParks 1 car park.
Driving from Nottingham:
Follow the A6200 to the A52 road, then take the roundabout to the A453 road. Continue on the A453 road straight to the JetParks car park complex.

WE fly ema regulatory and use jet parks 1 no issues despite flight missed due to download rock concert shit traffic management all good bus shuttle drivers very helpful on return after a barrier issue that wvening will use again as very competitive price for the week.

We were let down at the last minute so had to find a car parking space at short notice at East Midlands airport. Jet parks was easy to book on line but we found the cost at £121 much more expensive than the £90 charged by the airport long stay. Easy to get in and out and bus service worked well.

No problems ,arrived and barrier opened got straight onto the bus. on our return onto the bus that was a litlle crowded but OK backto the car park and straight out when barrier lifted.

Unfortunately on arrival the barrier didn't lift, the telephone help button didn't get a response and time was pressing on. The out barrier was missing so I eventually reversed (after around 5/6 minutes waiting and re adjusting my car position to see if the anpr would pick up the number plate) and entered that way! On my return the barrier was still missing therefore I drove out without issue!

Well sign posted and easy to get there. Car park was very busy and it took a few minutes to find a space. Parking spaces are not defined and ground was a little bit rough for my rollator but I managed ok. Bus service to and from the airport was excellent with friendly drivers.
