What is the airport transfer frequency?

What is the drop-off procedure?
On entry to the carpark please take a ticket at the barrier and keep it safe as you will need this to exit the car park. Please remember which colour and zone you have parked in.
What is the pick-up procedure?
On your return make your way to the exit barrier, insert entry ticket and barrier will lift. If barrier does not rise press for assistance and quote booking details, which will be the 5 digit letter ref.
What security measures does the car park have?
The Car Park has the Park Mark Award, perimeter fencing, CCTV, and regular security patrols

Easy to find and park. Short distance to bus stop on main road for onward travel to airport. Construction works adjacent to carpark area caused parking area at foot of access ramp to flood, which made it difficult to negotiate with suitcases to avoid getting wet.

On our outward travel we had no issues. On our return the signage leaves a lot to be desired. As you come out of the baggage reclaim the signage point you turn right for Jet Park Plus. On leaving the building there are no signs telling you where to pick up the Jet Park Plus bus from. I went into the "meet and greet" building to ask in there. He told me straight outside their door. On waiting here it was sign posted Bus arrivals only ( or maybe drop off only. There was no signage whatsoever indicating that it was the pick up point for Jet Park Plus. I mentioned it to the driver, who wasn't very sympathetic when the bus arrived. Someone needs to look at the signage in this. Thank you.

so easy. Just drive to the barrier, it lets you in and park as near as possible to the bus stop. What could be more simple? Same is true for the reverse operation. I was most impressed by the simplicity and efficiency of the whole operation.

BookFHR.com offered a good booking service, however the service offered at East Midlands airport was not as positive. We were collected promptly by the shuttle bus to be taken back to our car but there after the driver of the bus offered no assistance to customers who needed to identify which car park they were looking for! We did arrive back in darkness which obviously didn't help... Maybe some feedback from your company to East Midlands airport might help future customers. This would not deter us from using BookFHR in the future...

Easy parking, although not the nearest. Extra time is needed to park and catch the bus to the terminal. Bus not always there when you come out of the terminal, so it can be a cold wait!

On Arrival at the car park there was no recognition of my registration no! due or so the attendant stated that I did not give a reg no on my booking form despite me having it on my print out which you should have had also, any way quickly resolved, However same happened on my return,again quickly resolved although it was 1030pm-If you did not have my registration no? could you nt remind me in the confirmation email? No other problems will use you in the future. Thank You

Number plate system didn't work on arrival at 5am despite doing what I had been told, so had to take a ticket to get in, annoying when the ticket showed the car number OK. The inevitable happened on exit a week later but the help desk worked fast when I gave them the code provided with the online booking confirmation so I got out commendably quickly. The car park is quite a distance from the terminal and the bus frequency means you really do need to allow 30 minutes for the transfer. But the advance booking prices are very good so on balance I recommend the Jet Park Plus, just leave enough time and make sure you have the emergency code to hand on exit!

Booking not a problem but access and egress was not particularly good. Where I have used other parking facilities at other airports, the ANR made the use trouble free. This is not the case at East Mids.. Both access and egress required a phone call and subsequent delay resulted.

We didn't have to wait for the transfer buses both ways. The directions were clear. The only niggle was on our return was that the machine wasn't accepting tickets. We pressed the help button and we were dealt with swiftly. We would use again. Thank you.

Most of the service was fantastic. The bus driver was just delightful and so helpful. We had two slight issues - firstly we did not think the signing to the return bus pick up bays was very clear from inside the terminal. We got lost and followed car park instead, which was the wrong direction - probably our fault, but others may appreciate clearer signs as well. There seemed to be building work which may have meant that we missed more obvious signs. I also had a problem getting out of the car park, presumably as the camera did not recognise my number plate - odd as it had admitted me in a matter of seconds! The help button worked, but the pouring rain that coincided with my arrival at the barrier meant that I had to shout from inside the car. For that reason, a cover over the barrier point would be nice!

just like to say thanks after original booking there was a problem with credit card taking 4 payments out money was refunded staight away after one phone call will use again .

Very good marks would have been better if the machine had recognised that we had booked on line. Silly but when arriving back at midnight you wonder what you will be facing. As it was, the man on the intercom was helpful and we left without further incident, would book again now knowing it was a blip rather than a problem.
