Perfect no.problens at all and cheaper than EMA direct. Just 3/4 mins walk to the terminal building.

Once more, a smooth transaction with FHR, clear instructions on how to find the car park and what the procedure is getting in and out of the car park. Great location and reasonable cost.

Hassle free booking and in and out through the automatic barriers with no issues. Price was very competitive so overall we were really happy with this booking.

Easy to find, well light, side parking round the outside gave me peace of mind when it came to other cars catching mine. Barriers automatically opened with registration recognition so very easy to use.

As you may or may not know!! We have a worldwide pandemic of coronavirus - therefore we were unable to travel !! DO WE GET A REFUND ?

Mid Stay is about a six or seven minute walk from the airport buildings which is refreshing when the temperature is near freezing. Number plate recognition worked well and there were no problems.

Overall experience was good, easy to find and plenty of spaces. I knew before I went that there was no bus service to the terminal and that it is a fairly short walk. I was lucky that the weather was o k, but I can imagine that it would be a very unpleasant experience if it had been icy or pouring with rain!

All good except on returning, myself and the car in front of me couldn't exit the car park without speaking to the barrier operator

Stayed at East Midlands mid stay parking. 5 minutes walk to departure check in. As usual faultless

Easy - got in to car park found a park place and walked to departures

Generally no problem with using FHR. On this occasion at East Midlands Airport the barrier would not rise when I approached it to leave the car park. Once I had given my car registration to the operator he allowed the barrier to lift. A problem reading the number plate? Otherwise everything was fine.

This is the second time we have used the airport parking and we are more than happy with the ease of parking and disembarking from the any of the car parks at East Midlands airport. The only couple of things which could have made it better is some additional lights and a little better signage on the Tarmac and leading to the airport from the car park. All in all we are very satisfied with the service you provide.

Parking instructions worked perfectly, barrier opened within 30 seconds on entrance and exit, no need for any paperwork .. Plenty of parking places, 5-10 minute walk to terminal
