Instructions easy to follow and concise
Entered car park easily and found a pace quickly. Same on return. Only negative are the car parking spaces are small

For some reason the camera couldn't read my number plate at the car park. However, I rang the car park staff, who arranged for me to get a disc to let me leave the car park on my return home

Easy to use parking system. Booked and paid online. Turned up at the car park and automatically let in with car registration. About 5 minute walk to terminal. Same process on return. Felt confident leaving the car there, only negative for me was the narrow spaces. Would use again.

Car Park was easy to find and enter however ANPR didn't recognise the car when trying to exit. Difficult to read the instructions of how to contact reception in the dark but finally managed it and there was no problem after. Perhaps better lighting might help. Regardless of this small delay would use again but wouldn't have liked to make the walk in the rain!!!

Great location with good size parking bays. Only a short walk from the terminal. A few quid more than the cheapest option but has add security of cctv. Would definitely recommend

Great service from FHR, had to previously change a booking from 2020, which was at Manchester due to covid, and FHR allowed this without any issues.
