Around half an hour before you arrive at the airport, call the chauffeur on 07889 622681, and they will arrange to meet you at the Short Stay 1 Car Park at the airport. Make your way over to Row C, next to the pay station area. Once you are there, the chauffeur will check the details of your return. Be aware that airport charges are payable at the drop-off/collection point. This costs £6 for 30 minutes. This is payable in cash or all major credit cards except Amex.

What is the pick-up procedure?

When you land back at East Midlands Airport, call the chauffeur on 07889 622681, and let them know you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. They will be waiting with your vehicle at Short Stay 1 Row C next to the pay station. Again, the airport charges are payable, at £6 for 30 minutes, with payment accepted via cash or all major credit cards except Amex.

Arriving from M1 (North)

Leave the M1 at Junction 24A, and merge onto the A50. Drive along the A50 until you reach Trent Lane on your left. Turn left, and follow Trent Lane all the way to the end, where you will reach the junction at the A453. Take a left at the junction and carry on until you reach the multi-way traffic lights next to the Leonardo Hotel. Take a left here, then go straight over the roundabout, and you will see signs for the car park, which will be on your left.

Arriving from M1 (South)

Leave the M1 at Junction 23A, and take the second exit at the roundabout to merge onto the A453. Drive along this road until you reach the multi-way traffic lights, and take a right at these traffic lights. Take the second exit at the roundabout, and follow the signs for the car park. It will be on your left.
