Flying Scot

You sent me directions to the Flying Scot Edinburgh. It has been shutdown 18 months ago. They now use Low Cost parking which we had to find after our failed arrival at the flying scot site. We made our check in by 3 min. Do not advertise the flying scot as it is now Low Cost Parking that is open. I would use them again but would book as LOW COST PARKING.

I paid for parking well before this Covid-19 outbreak and asked to cancel due to the FCO advice not to travel to Hungary but had no reply. Seems like just another company putting profits before customer service.

All went well from the reservation to arrival at carpark then transport to and from the airport

Great service and very reasonably priced. We thought that we might have had a problem when we came back from holiday as we had lost the ticket we were given, but there was no problem when we got there. Great parking and very friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

Have used Flying Scot parking for years now and have always had excellent service . It is easy to book, pay ,park and collect . Would recommend it for service and nearness to airport .

Great service, no waiting about

All went smoothly, as always, and different drivers dropping off and collecting the car was easily accommodated. My brother requested a valet and clean at £25. The outside was cleaned well but unfortunately the inside of the windscreen was left smeared, as were the front foot wells and the chocolate stains on the backseat hadn't been cleaned off.

One downside was given wrong bus stance on automated phone call !

Quick service. No problems at all

Took ages for pickup from airport, left standing in the cold for 20/30mins. Then got dropped off to collect car and the was no one to be seen to get keys, have used before ion the past with no problems but would not use again.

Extremely disappointed with Flying Scot car park. Getting to airport in the shuttle was easy and efficient. The return journey was extremely disappointing. We had to wait 35 minutes from the first phone call before being picked up on a freezing cold evening despite frequent calls where we were told the bus was ‘on its way’. Remember this car park is less than 4 minutes from the airport. When the bus eventually arrived, a simple apology would have made all the difference. None was given.
