The experience was good apart from the airport trying to charge me £150 when I inserted my ticket on exiting the car park! This has happened before at Edinburgh and I was not delayed too much.

Always use this car park when going on holiday so easy to find and buses are regularly coming and going. Never even bother looking at any others. Always get 5 stars from me. Driver even came to my car and picked me up last time. Professional and efficient

Great parking quick to get to buses every 10 mins ??

Parking was easy and straightforward on arrival. When I called for pick up from Premier Inn this morning I was told to wait at bus stop at 9.15am. Was getting fed up by 9.25am as it was raining and windy when a Flying Scot bus went past us. I frantically waved at the driver who thankfully saw us and turned at the roundabout and came back. I asked if he'd forgotten about us but he said he hadn't been told we were waiting.

I used the plane parking service in September 2023. The booking process was straightforward and quick. The email confirmation was detailed with precise directions to parking terminal. I managed to secure a parking place fairly quickly. There was two pick up points for access /egress. The journey to the airport terminal was short and quick, there is a regular service. It was easy to find the pick-up stance on my return. Overall very happy with the service I received. The best part: you keep your car keys, that's important to me, as your car can be moved otherwise by the transfer operator, which from experience can have negative connotations.

Very easy to use. Well signposted, and buses arrived very quickly to transport us to and from the airport departures.

Booking and parking was all straightforward. Bus pickups were excellent. Ticket did not scan on exit but assistance call from the barrier quickly solved the issue.

I use this park8ng company frequently I have had 2 occasions when I needed to get in touch only to come against a brick wall.

Plane Parking was a very good service. The shuttle bus was spotlessly clean and the driver was courteous, polite and friendly. Didn't have to wait very long for the pickup back from the airport to my car.

No problems encountered transfers arrived as scheduled.

Excellent location at Edinburgh Planeparking. Easy to find the car park and although it was busy there were plenty of available spaces. Short walk to the nearest bust stop where a bus was waiting. A short walk to the departure gates. On our return we just missed a bus but one arrived within 10 minutes. Drivers polite and helpful.

Hi my thoughts are I will not be using your service again or recommend your service..I'm very disappointed the detection that are given to me are not Clear at all... I've had to book with another company

Easy to find, great directions from Plane Parking, reasonable price, practically on the runway too with a super efficient transfer bus. Will definitely use again.

Car park was clearly sign posted and easy to find. Bus arrived very quickly each time and driver was friendly.

Fantastic start to finish .Easy to find. Bus came really quickly to pick us up.Return to collect car was a breeze again less than 5 minutes and bus was there.
