At the entry barrier, press the button on the ticket machine. The system will validate your booking and print a ticket. If there are any issues, use the intercom and our staff will help you out.
What is the pick-up procedure?
To exit the car park, drive up the barrier and insert your ticket.

I booked plane parking as it has a shuttle. Now they put you in the other car park , tell you ,"you've been upgraded" and put you in a car park where there is no bus shuttle and you need to walk. I understand you can request special assistance but that is only if you're infirm or elderly. It's a downgrade, not an upgrade.

I was driving up and down trying to get into car park for about 20mins then a guy in a car came after us and told us we were upgraded to the long stay car park so was all good in the end I don't receive a email saying I was upgraded

It stated in the booking confirmation email it was a 8 - 10 minute walk to the terminal but when we arrived there were no spaces near the terminal that we could find. We therefore had to park and walk, in the pouring rain, 15 minutes to get to the terminal. Not a good start to the holiday!! Also, the signage from where we parked and walked to the terminal wasn’t great, especially in the dark.
