What is the drop-off procedure?
On arrival at the entry barrier, your number plate will be read and the machine will issue you a ticket automatically. Take your ticket, park your car and catch the courtesy bus to the terminal, from outside the customer services office.
What is the pick-up procedure?
At the exit barrier, please insert your ticket so we can validate your booking and raise the barrier. If you have overstayed your booking, your additional charge will be displayed, which you'll need to pay.
What security measures does the car park have?
CCTV, security lighting, manned 24 hours a day with regular patrols. Park Mark award for safer parking

Car Park is located directly off the A8. At the roundabout head towards the airport on Eastfield Road, do not follow the Eastfield Road long stay P sign. At the next roundabout turn left into NCP Edinburgh Scotpark. No height restrictions at this car park.Scotpark Address

To say the near carpark was "full" when clearly NOT (just under maintenance) was not a good start ..but staff were extremely helpful (even when no printed Proof of payment shown) both on Thurs 1pm and Fri 9pm when delayed plane finally arrived back . Bus took 10 mins to appear ..I was only passenger.

FLIGHT SUNDAY 2.4.23 arrived at parking 4am. Limited parking spaces and very tight. There was no system to this bus service. People getting on with cases ans people trying to get off at the same time. Driver not very helpful with cases, rack for cases to high to reach so cases left on main aisle. Would not use again.
