Excellent . Fast and easy book in without any fuss or problems . Very good value for money and loved the car wash service on return .

Service very disappointing this time .... 5.30am in the morning having driven 90 mins in the car from home we got to the Orange Carpark, the right floor but couldn't see Ace Parking sign or people with Ace on their jackets anywhere, which there wasn't! After circling that carpark level we saw a Maple parking sign and asked someone there, where Ace was and he told us to park in a slot opposite. It's wasn't in any way a meet and greet experience, They weren't looking out for us nor were they welcoming or very helpful at all .... will think again who we use next time!

Easy drop off with no need to phone in advance. Did not have to wait too long for car to arrive on return.

Whilst the service provided was good I feel it important to state that you are in danger of pricing yourself out of the market. I can now get a return taxi for about the same price as the parking. In future I will have to think carefully before I book again and I have been a regular customer. You need to consider your charges against customers options

Easy to find, helpful staff at the Car park by the Sophotel. Much easier and simpler to use than any others I have used at LGW I’d certainly use this parking again

Easy drop off at Sofitel car park at North terminal. Arrived back at South terminal went to short term car park and wait for car was about 5 minutes. Great service

100 yards more to walk, but the time saved in not having to phone on delivery or pick up made up for that. Car wash pretty decent too!

Great service from booking our vehicle in to collection. The booking was easy, in fact I initially put the wrong departure date and paid, when I realised our departure date was booked to early I went online to change the date and was immediately refunded £11 because our departure date was later than I’d booked. The staff at departure and return were all very helpful and on our return there was no waiting time for our vehicle to be returned. Very happy with the service.

No phone calls from motorway or baggage reclaim, easy drop off and car was waiting on return.

We found Ace meet and great excellent at Gatwick airport. They were there to meet us when we arrived and we did not have to wait long for them to return our car to us. We are a very satisfied customer and would definately recommend them

The reason for the 3 is this is not meet and greet at kerb side this is no different from short stay car park. And once you have delivered your car you then have to take your cases across the road to the terminal and repeat the exercise on the return this is not ideal for limited ability and older people also inclement weather its a long way to carry suitcases.
