On arrival at the car park, park your vehicle in a designated bay and check in with a uniformed staff member. They will securely store your car keys, and you can then board the next available shuttle bus to your terminal.

After landing at Gatwick Airport, follow the provided instructions to locate your terminal’s shuttle pick-up point. Buses run frequently and will take you back to the car park, where your vehicle will be ready. Disabled customers can request to have their car parked closer to reception for easier access.
