They were very good but the drop off and pick up instructions from FHR were wrong !!

Perfect meet and greet. They were there when we got to the airport to drop off and they arrived with the car as we walked towards the collection point. Best ever meet and greet we've had. 100% recommend.

The arrival was not good, my wife and I arrived at Gatwick at the time we stated, followed directions to the letter, Car Park 5 ground floor, only to be told we shouldn’t be there although it stated this on your directions, after speaking to two people in hi-vis jackets both said the6 didn’t recognise the company, we are now getting rather concerned, I phoned the emergency number, after waiting 7/8 minutes someone turned up and took the car away. The return was excellent.

We have used Bubble Valet Meet & Greet Parking on our last two visits to Gatwick Airport and would not hesitate to use them again. Instructions for drop off/pick up are very simple and clear and all staff are very polite. If you are looking for parking at Gatwick - Bubble are probably the best we have ever used.

Punctual and efficient

Excellent: swift, efficient, door to door, friendly. SMOOTH - No problems at all. Great: Return pick-up they stated 15 minutes from phoning, we had time to collect a coffee and sandwich and in 13 minutes they returned with a warm car.

All went smoothly. Slight hiccup because drop off in wrong lane but sorted without issue.
