I’d like to give a minus star rating for BOOKFHR but unfortunately that option is not available. Be warned and use BOOKFHR at your peril as THEY certainly know how to rub salt in the wound! NOT ONLY DID BOOKFHR FLATLY REFUSE TO REFUND MY PARKING ON A HOLIDAY CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19, BUT THEY HAVE THE STUPIDITY TO ASK FOR A REVIEW UPON MY RETURN! Cophall parking are wonderful (10 STARS) and I will always use them for Gatwick parking, but NOT through BOOKFHR! BOOKFHR on the other hand are totally useless and only care about lining their pockets by using this pandemic as an excuse to keep your money when so many other companies are doing the right and morally proper thing in giving refunds or credit notes. BOOKFHR tried to blame Cophall by telling me that Cophall was the one refusing the refund. LIES! I contacted Cophall direct and they IMMEDIATELY offered a credit against future parking costs.

We did not park with you as our flights were cancelled, we asked for a refund but was turned down which I could not believe as we have been parking at cop hall farm for the last 16 years

Unfortunately could not use our paid parking as we had to cancel our holiday due to Covid and our parking was non refundable. I have marked my rating down because other companies I had booked services from had contacted me and due to the unprecedented times had been proactive in offering me a refund even though I was not technically entitled to it, but nothing from booking.com. shan't be using you in the future.

I am amazed at the insensitivity of your request for review. Not only I did not travel because of the Coronavirus but you refused to refund my payment when I asked. Your question on whether I will book with you again is also insensitive.

I had to cancel this as our destination (Madeira) imposed a 14-day quarantine for all arrival to the island due to Coronavirus crisis. We received refund from all the companies that we booked for flight (easyJet), apartment (owner of apartment) and car hire (holiday autos) even though all these were booked on non-cancel basis. Even the owner of the apartment refunded our money. The only company that failed to refund our money was FHR. I realise that my booking could not be cancelled due to choice of saver option; however, considering that I have used your service many times a year for many years, you would have given a more sympathetic response. The amount paid to you for parking is less than the excess on my travel insurance so not able to claim from my insurance company.

Usual easy booking process, and efficient drop off and transfer to Gatwick South terminal. Waited over 20 mins from phoning on return for the transfer from airport back to carpark, and had to pickup further passengers at the North Terminal first, but still good service, despite all the Coronavirus difficulties.

We have used this car park before and as ever their service and transfers were prompt and efficient. On this occasion we had to return four days early and were only able to give them a few hours notice, however, our car was ready and waiting for us on our return. Their transfer buses are frequent and we have never had to wait too long, whilst the drivers are always friendly and helpful.

Always use this carpark, well organised and friendly staff. Our flights constantly changed but still we had someone really quickly to meet us and the car was ready to drive off!

Good as usual but a little annoyed about having to pay an extra £10 for my flight being late especially as I am a regular at this car park.

Good price, and prompt transfer to and from airport. Have used several times before.

Use coppall parking all the time now wouldn't use no one else 1st class service, & competitively priced

Very quick service - use Cophall every time i go from Gatwick - excellent, great value too.
