Please call the hotline 20 minutes before you arrive at your terminal on 01293 533 000 - A uniformed ACE or Maple Manor Parking agent will handle the check-in and car movements at Gatwick Airport on behalf of Enjoy Airport Parking.
What is the pick-up procedure?
Please call the hotline on 01293 533 000 once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, your vehicle will then be dispatched and you'll be met outside the terminal in the collection point. If you expect to be early or late, or your travel arrangements change, please call the hotline as soon as possible to inform them.
What security measures does the car park have?
CCTV, 24 hour security, perimeter fence. All our car parks have been inspected by a specially trained Police Officer and hold the Park Mark aware
What security measures does the car park have?
If you need to cancel your booking please go onto our website and cancel your booking BEFORE the arrival time, bookings cannot be cancelled after the commencement of the service (after the arrival date and time), no refund will be due if the booking is not cancelled before the arrival date and time.

There are no vehicle issues preventing or delaying the return of the vehicle or - including mechanical, E Due to ongoing works at Gatwick Airport Terminals, the meeting point might change whilst the works are being carried out and in such cases you will be advised when you call us prior to arrival or return.
Vehicle Restrictions:
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Ace Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal and/or safe to drive, Ace Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Ace Parking on 01293 533 000 ASAP. We must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return.
Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
Meeting point subject to change: Due to ongoing work at both terminals at Gatwick, the meeting points could change on the day. You will be informed when you call if there are any changes that will affect you.
Vehicle Inspection: Please allow sufficient time for our driver to complete our check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car.
