FHR Meet & Greet Gatwick

Having used FHR more time than I care to remember, I used them to book "I Love Meet and Greet" dropping off was a breeze. We were asked what time our flight landed on the way back. The instructions for pick up were, to call after picking up luggage and clearing customs so on our return on Friday 15th March flight landed at 20:05 and we cleared customs at 20:42. This is where the problem began as when we called we were told that there would be a 15 minute delay before our car arrived. At 21:00 I tried to call to find out where my car was but my call was ignored. My wife called on her mobile and the operator told her it was not his problem and to contact customer services if we had a problem. Our car turned up at 21:15 or 33 minutes after we had made the call, which is not what I call meet and greet it would have been quicker using a park and ride service. I have complained and have been refunded 50% of the cost of the booking. I would not use this particular operator again for the above reasons.

Good prompt and efficient service at a very busy holiday time. When arriving for departure we had to be at Gatwick at a seemingly horrible time: 4 am! On our return back early afternoon, phoning as requested once we had picked up our checked baggage, then walking to the pick-up lane outside the Premier Inn hotel, our car arrived within a couple of minutes. Bravo!

Driver waiting for us as we arrived at the airport and on return the car arrived within two minutes of arriving back at the collection point. Great service will definitely use again.

Did what it says on the tin !!

Excellent from start to finish, so simple and easy to park & retrieve the car. Only criticism is it says to call when luggage had been collected and I was on hold for 10 minutes saying I was number 1 in the queue, the walk to the collection point is so short that we had already arrived there before the phone was answered. Only waited 10 minutes so not a problem

Great service would definitely use again. Phone calls were answered promptly and car picked up and delivered straight away right opposite the terminal. Friendly staff and car looked after well.

Someone was there to meet us in minutes and on our return waiting under 10 minutes for car to arrive

We where waiting 15 mins for car at prem inn ,we could have taken bus to car park and saved £50 in same time

It all worked perfectly well. We were met at the airport (LGW) by the driver and the car was waiting for us on arrival back in the UK. Both drivers were very polite and efficient. Great Service!

I would fully recommend this service. I have used it many times and they have never let me down. They were waiting when I arrived and were there within 2 minutes when i returned. Absolutely hassle free and peace of mind. I have already booked for my next trip in October.
