Long Stay car park

We were upgraded free to short stay, it was excellent to come of the flight and walk to our car and head home, fantastic job all round.

The price was good the parking when we eventually found it was very near the termnial..the postcode given was rubbish we wre driving about at 6am in the morning trying to find the carpark. This needs to be updated. Ended up just going into any carpark at the airport,where tgey could tell us with our car reg where infact our car park was located. Very stressfull and did not give us much time to check in as out check in was way back at other end of airport.

Booking was easy. Upgraded to short stay as promised. Would use fhr again.

We arrived at the long stay at 3 am and we’re denied entry. Eventually we got into the short stay . When we booked we were advised that we would get a complimentary upgrade to short stay if the long stay was closed (as it was at the time of booking but not now). We were not advised that we should got to the short stay first.

Easy access to car park

Excellent service from FHR as always. Easy to book, good pricing and entry and exit without any issues. Def recommend.

Difficult to exit due to signage

The car park was easy enough to find but no one on site to advise. Telephoned for pickup to terminal and driver said would be there in 15mins which he was. On arrival home bus was there to take back to car park and car was fine. Only thing was when I booked it said free upgrade to terminal car park within 2 mins walking distance but never heard anything about that and there was no one to ask, so dudnt get this!

Easy to book and compare sites. We got a free upgrade to the car park on Glasgow airport which was fantastic-although the address of the car park was wrong so we did need to contact the company for confirmation about where to park. But it was all good in the end and parking and collecting went smoothly. I have used FHR before and will do again.

No complaints, easy to book, worked as expected at arrival and exit from airport parking.

Excellent. Easy to book and everything worked out well on arrival and departure at airport. No coach transfers required as the car park is opposite the terminal building. Very good value and I will definitely book again

All those booking parking need to be aware that if your flights change at the last minute, due to bad weather for example, the parking providers will take your money and charge you premium rates for any extensions. Certainly don't expect any refunds if the whole trip gets called off as a result. Can't comment on the parking as I got nothing for my money.

No hassle parking, after a long day travelling it was such a relief after a five minute walk just to jump into our car and head home

We pre-booked and were given a free upgrade to the short stay car park. When we tried to leave, we were issued with a charge of £226, this obviously caused some stress. We called to speak to someone, then had to search through emails to get our booking number. Surely if we pre-booked, we should have been able to exit when entering the ticket. Is this something you can resolve? I doubt this is a one-off incident. Had this not happened I would have given 5 stars.

Used this carpark facility twice in last few months. Booked Long Stay with upgrade to Car Park 1. 1st time it worked a treat, issued a ticket parked car a week later ticket excepted on departure. Last week 2nd time ticket on departure was not excepted despite the same arrangements I had a demand for £212 😲 But despite that minor 😉 setback the help button sorted it out after I gave ref number of booking I was allowed to leave. Other than that 1st class upgrade and service.

We took the long stay option as it was nearer the airport and got a free upgrade to the short stay car park. Good option for winter time although a bit pricey.

Excellent and so easy to find. When you just want to get home after a long day travelling this service iscSUPERB!

Upgraded to Car Park 1 and this was a Bonus easy to find no fuss on entering Collect Ticket and go less than a 5min walk from Terminal Building so no waiting about for Transport only issue we found was no Lifts to upper Floors but apart from this we had no other issues and same with departing just ensure you check your Ticket into the Machine prior to collecting your Car hope to get this at the price i paid again.

Easy to find easy to leave for m/way

I went to the long stay xar parliament at Glasgow Airoort and it was a covid testing centre I was advised to part at the car park near the airport we parked in car park 2. Very stressed as we thought we would miss our flight we left the car parked in 2. I emailed FHR and was advised what to do I was surprised the customer support was not 24/7
