Really good price and service . On returning home the bus picked us up and Ammad was really patient with us and waited ..really good service from start to finish ..would definitely use again

Overall I am pleased with the Car park. Check in was easy and fast and the best thing it was that you park your car yourself and keep your keys! The transfer van is comfortable and journey is not too long. You might have to wait a bit longer for the transfer to pick you up but it's not a massive deal breaker, especially if you got a good deal when booking. Be aware that the car park has very tight spaces but you park your car and keep your keys, so it's up to you to be respectful of your car and the others.

2nd time using, and have booked a 3rd. As straightforward as an airport transfer can get, great car parking price too

Drop off and transfer to the airport was a very smooth and easy process, unfortunately our return was anything but. We phoned at 7am requesting a pick up. Was told the driver would be sent immediately and would be there within 10 minutes. An hour later we were still waiting, along with another couple who had phoned for a pickup at the same time. We phoned several times more, only to be told that the driver was stuck in traffic....at 7 in the morning! We were in summer holiday clothes, no winter jackets, and were expected to wait at the pickup point outside of the terminal. When the driver eventually arrived, he was not very apologetic, and turns out he was the manager/owner. The only person working and rather than tell us the truth, that his other drivers hadn't turned up for work, he left us waiting in the cold for over an hour. We were not happy.

It was an absolute pleasure using Allegiance Park and Ride. Not only was the parking cost-effective, but the service was efficient and so reliable. The shuttle vehicles were spotless, the drivers were so friendly and the car park is only around a 15 minute drive from Terminal 3. We will definitely be using them for every trip we make. We left the car for approx 4 weeks and used the free terminal pickup/drop service. Friendly staff, the parking location was easy to find and it was very safe as well. We will use Allegiance again.

All went good. Drivers on time, also close to terminal so no problem will use them again.
