Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet - T2, T3, T5 only

It was a great experience. The process couldn't have been easier even though we went to the wrong car park at drop off we only had to wait 10 minutes for the driver to come to us to pick up the car. On return the car was there within minutes of our arrival. We were very pleased with the service and will use it again.

Easy drop off procedure at T5 Heathrow, on return we phoned up when advised & only had to wait about 5 mins at the car park. Very polite staff, will happily use again.

Collection and delivery of the car was excellent, and there were no problems at all. The car was unmarked and had been well cared for. Unfortunately, the time we were away was rather more complicated as apparently our keys (and others) were stolen and subsequently recovered by the police. The email requesting information was not well put together and appeared to be a scam. It was only through contacting FHR and the police directly that we were reassured that this was authentic. There has to be a better method of communication when things go wrong as they inevitably will on occasion.

The process works well and the arrangements were convenient for us.

Despite a call 30 minutes before arriving, I had to wait 10 minutes for the driver to arrive. The return of the car was perfect, car waiting for us. The telephone call when landed seems sensible.

Everything went very well, driver met us on our arrival to airport and then met us within 10 minutes of our call to say we were ready to collect. Excellent service.

Excellent Service

This is the second time I have used this company and they have been excellent both times. With the many uncertainties of today's travel our flight back from the States was 90 minutes late and baggage a further 60 minutes and still they had our car to us within ten minutes when we finally needed it. We were away for around 60 days, and the price was really good for such a long need for parking. Some sites won't even quote for that long. Will definitely use again.

Amazing service! Very pontual at departure (really early start!) and on return I got out outside of the the terminal and could see my car arriving at the same time.

Good service. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was s delay at drop off when we had to wait about 5 minutes for the driver to arrive. Otherwise staff were friendly and helpful happy to deal with changes of plan over the phone.

Edward Lloyd were so helpful - we were arriving later than expected and the communication was great. On our return, our car was waiting for us when we arrived at the meeting point. After a long flight with 2 young children - you just want everything to go smoothly and it did! Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
