Purple Park & Ride Terminal 3

From the drop off to the pick up was great, the only criticism is the coach journey from the airport, having to stand for a time because the coach went to terminal 5 before returning to the car park was not nice, as the passengers going to terminal 5 were at the back of the bus, meaning the people that got on after had to get off to allow the terminal 5's to get off and then it was a long journey back.

The drop off of car was easy but the person in the cabin who took the keys smelt very strongly of stale alcohol and was very abrupt. Waiting 25-30 mins for a bus on return is quite long and then the bus took half an hour ti get back to the car park as they went to terminal 5 first, so overall an hour after coming out of the airport to get to the car park isn’t good.

What can you say really other than the car park was easy to find, the staff were friendly and helpful. Dropped off the keys with reception, hopped on the bus and were dropped off at the terminal and were reminded which bus stop we would be picked up at on our return. On our return we waited about 15 minutes for the bus at the stop which I thought was reasonable, back at the car park we were dropped at reception, collected our car keys and told where the car was parked. The whole experience could not have been easier .

Easy to drop off and pick up, regulars buses, only issue I have every time is the Ford Sync satnav seems to take you to the wrong place!

The parking is difficult to find if you don’t know the area. Advice was to use the street name and postcode for satnav but this still wasn’t any use. Once found it was all very easy park up book keys in and a bus is sat waiting for a quick trip to terminals. The return has the buses scheduled every 25-30 min. Back at the parking the car was parked ready to go. Would recommend the parking but research the location before setting off.

Easy directions and the car is waiting qhwn you returned. Pleasant staff

Excellent service. Punctual, courteous, convenient and affordable.

Good. My only gripe would be that their shuttles to the airport are scheduled every 20mins. So you need to plan your arrival accordingly.

Process for dropping off and collecting car was quick and easy. Short bus ride to the terminal. Good value foe money. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Please revert back to the Bus with separate trailer for Luggage. It was really awkward moving Luggage around the Bus when it is filled with passengers standing.

Waited over 30minutes for transfer on return to Heathrow. Unclear instructions given by staff about where to find car on return to car park. Very unsatisfactory.

Very convenient and travel to and from airport good. Checking in was a little confusing as procedures for parking up and leaving keys not explained in sufficient detail. Staff abrupt.

Couldn't really fault this service, other than the wait once we had returned to Heathrow. Staff are friendly and procedure was easily enough to follow. Would use again.

Very bad service. On way out we had to wait until the bus filled up, which lasted another 25 minutes. We nearly missed our check-in. On the way back we had to wait for 40 minutes since calling that we had landed. Another couple had stood waiting at the same bus stop at Heathrow for more than an hour. Totally unacceptable.

Very easy to park prior to our holiday and simple and easy after.

Seems the car was moved to an open car park as the car was returned in a very dirty condition on the outside. This simply wouldn't have happened if parked under cover.

This was the fifth time we have used Purple Parking Business at Heathrow. They are only 10 minutes from terminal 3 and, apart from one occasion when they had a problem with their telephone system on our return, I have always found them quick, efficient and good value for money.

Overall I was pleased with the service. The automated response on arrival seemed rather impersonal when I disembarked. I tried to inform you that the baggage had been exceptionally delayed when I entered my booking number the line just went silent and there was not respons at all.
