Give us a call when you're approximately 30 minutes away from your departure terminal on number 07497577531 . Follow the directions for your designated terminal. Take picture of your mileage for your records. Validate your car park ticket (£7.50 payable by yourself). Our driver will guide you to the validation area. If you're unsure or lost, don't exit the car park. Find a safe spot to park and give us a call. We're here to assist you every step of the way.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Upon landing, please give us a call on 07497577531 to confirm your safe arrival. Call us again once you've collected your luggage. If you have only hand luggage, please call us after passing passport control. Our driver will meet you at the designated meeting point specified for your terminal. There, you'll inspect your vehicle and compare your mileage. After confirming your vehicle's condition, our representative will hand over your keys and a new ticket. Please validate this ticket by yourself and pay the exit fee.

Open from 4:00AM until 23:59PM, 7 days in a week. There is now a £7.50 entry and exit fee each way, that is NOT included in the cost of your reservation. The charge is due when you give our representative your keys, and the exit fee is due when you pick up your keys. Please be aware that cash cannot be used to pay the fee. Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) is in force at Heathrow Airport since 29 August 2023. If your vehicle does not meet the emissions standards, you will have to pay a charge of £12.50.
