What is the drop-off procedure?
Give Leeds Airport Parking Services a quick call 20-25 minutes before you're due to arrive on the number provided to you in your procedures. Once your details are confirmed, you'll be informed how to meet your fully-insured driver.
What is the pick-up procedure?
When you're back give the Leeds Airport Parking Services team a call to confirm you've landed. Then simply collect your luggage and make your way to the location provided to you by our chauffeur driver to pick up your car
What security measures does the car park have?
CCTV, widespread lighting, high fencing and 24/7 security manning the site.
Additional Information
Customer choice of drop off area. Collection from 'FREE ZONE' is free, or customer can choose to park in Express Car Park, however, this costs £5 on drop off (paid to the driver) and £5 to exit when returning and leaving the airport (paid at barrier).

Meet and greet turned us away and said we had no booking despite having our confirmation reference, good job we had given ourselves plenty of time . Why did this happen???

We’ve used the meet and greet service twice and would recommend it the young man who met us both times was lovely very pleasant and will be using this service again
Good service, the only negative was the distance from drop off to the terminal. Next time I’ll be looking for something with less distance to drag my case

No issues, called when 15 mins from arriving at the airport and car was collected from a nearby car park. Called again once landed and car was delivered after around a 15 min wait. This is not the official meet and greet though that is based onsite.

Unfortunately the car park typically used for handover was closed so we had to pay £5 on drop off and collection to have the car in short stay. However, that’s the only reason I haven’t assigned 5 stars. The service was seamless and the staff even had my heater and heated seat on waiting for us when returning to cold England. Lovely touch, thank you.
