Terrible.we booked in for 06.00 and the lady on the desk would not let us in as she said “they” had changed our time to 06.35 which was 3 hours before our flight and would not look at our paperwork which showed the 06.00 start.very rude and the food and choice of drinks were very poor. Never had this problem at any other lounge and we have used them on many occasions
Mr G Dillon
No problems, plenty of parking spaces to choose...

We always use this long stay car park. Easy from start to finish. Parking so organised , transport bus - only 2 minute wait. Clear signage letting you know about return bus stop arrangements. Bus stop situated immediately outside departures/ arrivals entrance. On our return, bus waiting, picked car up easily. From leaving arrivals door to driving home, this took 15 minutes in total. Competitive price and reliability.

Good signage to car park, large car park, plenty of spaces! Unsure why 7 nights is counted as long stay, should it not be a medium stay, maybe 14 days for a long stay! However regular bus service to the airport terminal was excellent!!

Richard Blackshaw
Fine, waited about 15 minutes for airport bus to pick us up
Mrs Ellen higgins
Good parking but quite expensive for 1 week. Paid less than that at newcastle for 3 weeks in may.
Cheap and close to airport with a regular bus service

Simple procedure number recognition on barriers. No booking hassle just great understandable step by step instructions. Very easy payment process
Sally Hutchinson
Need to amend instructions for long stay car park. It is number plate recognition so no parking ticket and validation now required - which caused us confusion on arriving !!!!
Shaun Bennett
Website requires updating as to booking in in terminal is not required and bus stop locations better signposted to area pick up and drop offs
Carol douglas
No problems at all briĺliant
Jessica Burke
Poorly signed if you drive to the airport via the back roads from Leeds. Long term parking is only has a sign one side of the road. Other than that the bus system worked well
Julie Hornshaw
Excellent parking and no problems with finding car park and plenty of space for car.

Pre booked my parking at the long stay. When I arrived at the barrier it raised without dispensing a ticket. On my return the confirmation email stated I had to go to check in hall A to validate my ticket. A bit confusing as I didn’t have one. Spoke to a nice lady at the help desk who told me the barrier reads your registration and no need for a ticket! confirmation email from fhr a bit confusing.

No probs at all and very reasonable price. However instructions on how to enter and exit are totally wrong. This long stay car park has NPR... so there is no messing about getting tickets validated
