I was unable to get through the barrier with number plate recognition, I had to call for assistance and give the code on my booking

The only negative issue is the walkway from Mid-Stay, this needs improvement as the surface and walking section is seriously lacking.

Mid stay car park is far from ideal when you have poor weather and a lot of luggage. As the only option is walking and it’s not easy nor close. We should have gone for the long stay and the bus

This car park wasn't well sign posted and it is an uphill walk to the terminal. When we returned in the hours of darkness it was difficult to find the car park and there are no transfers available.
