Long Stay (L03)

I found it easy to just drive to long stay carpark, no ticket needed as car reg recognised. Easily found a parking space. Quick walk into departure department. When i arrived back it was dark and car covered in ice so found it a bit confusing to drive out. Once i found exit the barrier lifted and I was on the road home. Easy peasy..

Very disappointing we arrived back at Liverpool and could not get out of the car park it was saying we needed to pay £110 both myself and a family member had booked with you, when we spoke to the operator on the barrier they told us we didn’t have bookings until they eventually found us on a national data base we were told numerous times that we hadn’t booked it was both annoying and embarrassing we also had our 80 year old relatives with us it was freezing cold so frustrating we were then advised not to book with yourselves again as you don’t send the bookings through not a good experience after the flight home had been delayed

Close to terminal, easy in and out. Would definatly use thie long term parking at liverpool again.

Everything worked well with FHR, however it was extremely expensive to park at Liverpool airport. I'll avoid it in future

No fuss and great location

Only concern was that when I approached the barrier to come out of the car park, the barrier automatically raised without the need to insert the ticket into the machine. That means that if someone stole my car in the car park, they also could drive out without a ticket.

Competitively priced and never any problems entering or exiting the car park

Problems getting out of the car park,barrier wouldn’t accept the ticket,had to call for assistance.

Never have a problem booking through fhr straight in straight out no messing around. If you do have a problem it is sorted out.

Carparks do not recognise my number plate which leads to problems in having to go to car park offices to sort out. This happens at Manchester & Liverpool My number plates are standard.

Convenient and much cheaper to book on line in advance. Would highly recommend using this facility.

Drive in, receive a greeting and your parking ticket, Park your car, keep your keys and a short stroll to departure lounge. Arrive back at the airport and a short stroll back to the car, drive out of the car park by handing your ticket to the machine on the gate barrier and drive home. What could be easier. I have used FHR for years and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
