What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive to the automatic barrier, which will lift when it recognises your car reg. Drive through the booth and park in one of the arrival lanes then drop off your keys at the self-service kiosk in the car park.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have your luggage, walk back along the covered walkway to collect your car. Head to the Meet and Greet office and use the self-service key collection lockers to pick up your key. If you have any problem press the help button.

The car park holds the Park Mark award and is secured by: CCTV, regular patrols, Floodlighting, Entry and exit barriers

What security measures does the car park have?

The car park is fully accessible and there are ramps up to the self-service kiosk. There's also no need for a shuttle bus as the terminal is a short walk away. Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). The car park doesn't have electric charging points, but there are some 1-minute away in the Long Stay car park. They are free to use for an hour, on a first come first served basis.
