Park Smart Flex (C03)

Access from terminal building to car park at night in darkness is poor visibility for someone with low vision i.e my wife. Access in and out with car was easy.

Easy to book, easy to find (use the postcode provided, not the airport postcode) We parked quite a bit off the entrance and it took us 7-8 minutes to walk to the terminal. Just remember where you put your ticket so that you can exit!!! I'll definitely use this car park again and would recommend it to anyone.

Every time I book through this site, the barriers never open, I had to wait 15 minutes to get out, they had no knowledge of my booking.

Could not get in when we arrived. Then on our arrival back was greeted with I had to pay 70 pound extra as it had not recognized my ticket. Tried contacting the help line and nothing !!

This car park was cheap, convenient and exactly what I wanted. Last time we went away I got the meet and greet at Manchester with another company and it was an absolute faf! Having to wait for someone to collect your car and bring your car back when you just want to just get on with things. No thank you. With this car park, it’s literlaly minutes walk to the airport, you park your own car,keep your keys and get back to it when you want to. I’ve given it 4 out of 5 stars because there was a slight mis direction with the post code. And three other cars did it too. The hassle the other car park must get every time people head the wrong way must be ridiculous. But all in all, once we found the right car park, it was brilliant.

Got to car park and the system didn’t pick up my registration plate and so I pressed button for support and they didn’t have my booking on the system. They kindly let me in but I had to go to main office in return from holiday to provide evidence of my parking pass so that they could issue a ticket to let me out. Less than ideal service!!
