London City Airport Parking

Very good parking facilities for self parking. Don't need any meet and greet at City Airport. However a bit on the pricy side.

Easy to book on FHR website, received good discount over booking direct on the official airport website. Car park well located for the terminal, which is a short walk, maximum 5 minutes. There's improvement works at the airport entrance/exit, which is a little confusing. Plenty of good sized spaces, and zones well marked. I needed to check with the information desk on our arrival home, as the car park card didn't show the code for a pre-paid booking. However, this wasn't a problem, the gentleman checked the card for me and the barrier opened straight up and we didn't even need to insert the card!!

Easy parking, slight issue with number plate not being picked up on entrance to car park. Had to see information desk and issue resolved!

Text on booking confirmation needs updating as the reference number referred to was not printed on ticket but no problems entering and exiting the car park as number plate was recognised. Easy to find and park.

All was very good in terms of booking and price however the car park didn't recognise my car reg which meant I had to go to the information desk both on departure and arrival which was frustrating!

Due to the road works it was difficult to find the car park and it was not clearly identified as FHR. The location was great but just difficult to find.

Polite greeting, shame that the key exchange can't take place outside the airport car park, would save me another £11 ,

Very easy and efficient, will use again. The only way they could improve, and I'm being really picky here, would be by monitoring my flight arrival and timing it rather than me calling to let them know I have landed, as it takes about 15-20 mins to get my car to the car park and you can clear City Airport in 5 to 10 minutes if you only have hand baggage like me.

Prompt pick up of car at LCY, with minimal /handover admin time. Short walk to the terminal. Car was waiting for collection at same location on return. Smart, professional and friendly staff both on the phone, and at drop off/collection (particularly Amir at car collection, thank you). Overall, efficient service and great value.

Impressed by price and service - just a shame that only one driver available as both my colleague and I both had cars parked meaning one returned at a time. Would recommend..

We had to book at very short notice because our flight was switched at the last minute to London City Airport. We were looked after by Amir Ali who provided a very efficient and friendly service at a great price. I would gladly use them again.

very good service on departure on arrival had to wait 20mins for my car even though had informed them before i boarded my flight when it would arrive

Good service, and reasonably priced. My driver (Noel) was prompt, polite and friendly.

All was well but my car must have been parked in a muddy field as the tyres were covered in mud!

G&G lost the booking details but resolved the issue in about 20 minutes. Otherwise good service.

total rubbish. when i put the ticket in the machine it said i owed £51. i had to call the man on the end of the machine who eventually found my booking, but not without an angry large queue of cars beeping me for 10 minutes. not what i expected.

Excellent punctual service with polite staff.

Although I prebooked when I arrived at the airport car park my booking had not been put into the system. This meant having to show my booking reference at the counter on my return.
