Butterfly Business Meet and Greet: Safe, Secure and Convenient

Finding the ideal car park at London City Airport has never been easier. The Butterfly Business Meet and Greet car park offers a full valet service, as well as safe and secure parking just a short walk from the main airport terminal.

There are no transfers required as the car park is on-site and right next to the main airport terminal. The walk takes around two minutes.

Once you’ve arrived at the airport, you will need to make your way to the on-site car park. For visitors who have previously arrived at this car park, it was formerly known as the Long Stay Car Park. Once you have arrived here, you will need to take a ticket from the machine at the barrier, which will then grant you access to the car park.

Once you have landed, you will need to call the Butterfly Business Meet and Greet team on either 0800 023 5784 or 07718 338 485 and let them know that you have arrived back at London City Airport. Then, you simply need to collect your luggage from baggage reclaim and make your way back towards the car park.

CCTV: 24-hour CCTV cameras operate around the car park, meaning that your vehicle and any entries and exits are fully recorded.

24-hour patrol: A security team works around the clock patrolling the car park, adding an extra layer of security to your vehicle in the car park. These patrols also include police officers as well as security firm workers.

Underground/Covered Car Parks: The car park offers underground parking or sheltered parking. Not only do both options protect your car from the elements but they are also well-protected from any potential thieves.

Entry and Exit Barriers: You are required to pay (£8) to leave the car park, and the barriers help to provide limited access to the car park.

Arriving from M25

Leave the M25 at Junction 30, and take the A13 heading to London. Cross the bridge and take the left lane following signs for the airport and the docks. Take the first exit from the roundabout onto the A1020 Royal Docks Road, and at the next roundabout take the second exit towards Woolwich Manor Way. Follow this road and take a right onto Hartmann Road towards the airport, where you can follow signs to the car park.
