No, there are no transfers required. A Butterfly Parking attendant simply meets you at the onsite car park and parks your vehicle for you in a secure location. 

What is the Drop-Off Procedure? 

The drop off procedure is simple and straightforward– enter the long-stay car park via the barrier and take a ticket upon entry. Keep this ticket as you’ll need to give it to your driver. A driver will then meet you and park your vehicle for you in a Park-Mark awarded car park. You’ll need to pre-book this service with Butterfly Parking, so have your booking confirmation on hand just in case. You can then proceed to the terminal and board your flight. 

What is the Pick-Up Procedure?

The pick-up process is just as straightforward. When you arrive back at London City Airport, call 07718 338 485 to let a Butterfly Parking driver know you have returned. Walk to the Long-Stay car park where the driver will then return your car to you. Once you exit the barrier, you’ll need to pay a fee to leave, which can vary in price depending on how long it takes your vehicle to leave the car park, but it can range from £3.50 to £8. If you are late back and exceed your allotted return time, you may be charged a wait fee. Also ensure your vehicle doesn’t exceed 2 metres in height.
