What is the drop-off procedure?
Around 20 minutes before you arrive at the airport, please call Butterfly Parking. Once you're at London City airport, drive to the Long Stay Car Park. Go through the barrier on the extreme left. A suited Butterfly driver will meet you.
What is the pick-up procedure?
Once you've landed please call 07718 338 485 to let the car park know you're back. Walk to the Long StayCar Park again where you'll be met by a Butterfly driver with your car. You'llget a ticket to exit the car park, you'll need to pay £7.5 to leave.
What security measures does the car park have?
*Underground/sheltered * Are manned and have 24 hour patrols (including police patrols in their NCP car park) *Entry and exit barriers * CCTV
Additional Information
There are specially designated disabled bays located very close to the terminal. The car park only accepts vehicles with a maximum height of 2 metres and width of 2.5 metres. The car park entrance is 2 metres high, so you'll need to remove anything on the roof of your car before you can get in.
