Transfers are not required as the car park is just a few minutes walk from the airport terminal.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Around 20 minutes before you’re due to arrive at the airport, call the Greet & Go parking team. Upon arriving at the airport, drive to the on-site car park, and make your way to the barrier at the far left. Once you have gone through this barrier, you will be met by a member of the Greet & Go team.
What is the pick-up procedure?
When you have landed, call 07718 338 485 to let the car parking team know that you’re back. Make your way to the on-site car park where you will again be met by a Greet & Go driver with your car. You will be issued a ticket and, as per the airport regulations, will need to pay £8 to leave.
What security measures does the car park have?
Security is a top priority at the Greet & Go by Cohen car park. Here is how it is secured and safe for your vehicle:
CCTV: Round-the-clock CCTV cameras capture every moment in the car park for your safety.
24-hour patrol: A team patrols the car park regularly, 24 hours a day, for extra security.
Entry and Exit Barriers: You must pay £8 to leave the car park, and the barriers also limit the types and amounts of vehicles that can enter the car park.
Directions to Greet & Go by Cohen Car Park
Arriving from M25 (North/East)
Leave the M25 at Junction 30, and take the A13 towards London. Cross the bridge and take the left lane following signs for the airport and the docks. Merge onto Alfreds Way, and take the first exit from the roundabout onto the A1020 Royal Docks Road. At the next roundabout take the second exit towards Woolwich Manor Way. Follow this road and then turn onto Hartmann Road towards the airport, where you can follow signs to the car park.
Arriving from M25 (South/West)
Leave the M25 and merge onto the A23. Follow the A23 until you reach the A3, just next to the Oval (cricket ground). Follow the A3 until you turn onto the A201, and at the roundabout take the second exit onto Tower Bridge Road. Cross the bridge, turn onto the A1203, and go through the Limehouse Link Tunnel, coming out on the A1261. From here, follow signs to the City Airport, and keep an eye out for the On-Site Car Park, which will be on your right.

Very easy and efficient, will use again. The only way they could improve, and I'm being really picky here, would be by monitoring my flight arrival and timing it rather than me calling to let them know I have landed, as it takes about 15-20 mins to get my car to the car park and you can clear City Airport in 5 to 10 minutes if you only have hand baggage like me.

Prompt pick up of car at LCY, with minimal /handover admin time. Short walk to the terminal. Car was waiting for collection at same location on return. Smart, professional and friendly staff both on the phone, and at drop off/collection (particularly Amir at car collection, thank you). Overall, efficient service and great value.
