Dropping car off on day of departure was super easy, staff were courteous and efficient. However the customer service on my return was very disappointing - called as advised once I'd got my luggage, gentleman who answered the call was rude and abrupt - actually hung up on me initially! Took a few attempts to get back through to them. Once in the car park, the excuse for the abrupt rudeness was that they were busy in the office. Car safely returned eventually but was just a bit disappointed in being spoken to quite poorly.

Well organized parking, good directions from staff but the bus packed too many people onboard and was uncomfortable. Return to Car Park was meant to have 3 buses running per hour but we waited over half an hour for it to arrive. Driver stopped at each coloured zone which was good but those getting off then had to wrestle their luggage past a bus load of passengers standing in the narrow isles. Not the best!

Everything was as stated - arrived at about 3am and was able to park the car with no fuss. Where to park was explained to us on arrival. The only criticism I would have was that the shuttle bus to the airport was packed and so we could not get a seat or stow our luggage on it. On the return journey that was fine and we caught the bus quickly at the airport and we were able to get a seat and quickly pick the car up. The car was fine no damage and we were quickly out of the car park and on our way home.
