All very straight forward booking in and not long to wait for pick up, despite being delayed and the late hour. Seems to be more than one firm combined.

All good...reception was helpful; bus driver very kindly waited while I checked in; collection was perfect and overall a good experience

Straight forward, staff friendly and helpful

So easy, just leave keys and collect on return, no drama. Instructions on email was perfect and easy to understand.

While my friend stood by the bus with 2 cases and I swapped my key for a card (took about 1 minute) the bus took off even though he had seen us. We then had to wait 20 minutes for the next bus. I returned yesterday, picking the car up after another 20 minutes wait. Today I cleaned the car inside knowing it would be a little dirty by my feet but I was totally surprised to see muddy foot marks all over the carpet at the back and over the central console. I will not be using Airparks again.

price is good,but if you just miss a transfer,waiting at least another 20 mins is soul destroying,we waited 25 mins on return and bus was full and standing as it was going,not at all relaxing

A long time since used Airparks. Missed one bus had to wait ages for next. You have to load your own case which if large is very difficult, no help given. Bus overloaded with passengers. No toilets at airparks close by, was told where they were, but never found. On return, we had to stand with suitcases. Very uncomfortable return. No help given, so if suffering with issues i.e old age rheumatism you get no sympathy. Has made us rethink our plans on using this company again! Car was easily dropped off and collected.

There was a problem retrieving the car key from the box.Computer,technichal issues. The Attendant solved the problem manualy.After a little holdup we where on our way. I use this airport parking fregwgently and shall do so in the future.
