i have used few times now , easy to find it not far from airport, bus transfer are always on time ,car park always staffed .

Good service but expensive. The driver was helpful and he brought us to the parking area and airport safely.

Everything was as stated - arrived at about 3am and was able to park the car with no fuss. Where to park was explained to us on arrival. The only criticism I would have was that the shuttle bus to the airport was packed and so we could not get a seat or stow our luggage on it. On the return journey that was fine and we caught the bus quickly at the airport and we were able to get a seat and quickly pick the car up. The car was fine no damage and we were quickly out of the car park and on our way home.

Efficient reception on arrival. Directed to parking area. Shuttle bus provided good journey to airport. We liked the new scan procedure used by the driver on our return and driving out of the air park was straightforward. All in all, as smooth as clockwork and we’ll be using you again.

I had intended to make a booking for 15th to 27th May, 2023. I incorrectly booked until 22nd May. I dropped-off the car on evening of 15th and noticed the error when looking at my ticket during the bus transfer from the car-park. I called the supplied Reservations number but it had already closed. I then sent a message to the published Reservations email address and received an email advising that as I had commenced my journey, the booking could not be amended. The response also advised that although the company can show discretion until midnight of the end parking reservation in the event of under/over stay, in my case it would not be possible. I was directed to the company Ts&Cs. I made one further attempt to understand why I could not amend the reservation and was given similar text from the Ts&Cs. It did make me wonder how the company handled matters during COVID when airlines were effectively shut down. And although the circumstances were different, the end result was similar in that cars would have been left parked beyond their booked date. As a last resort I wrote twice to the company CEO - Graham Greenaway. Although there was no bounceback email - leading me to believe that this is a correct address, there has been no reply thus far. I acknowledge that this is seemingly my mistake but the entire experience ensures that I will never again use this firm. It's especially annoying because the penalty charge for the over-stayed days is greater than the charge for the days in the booking. I could understand if the car-park was full and the additional dates would not be available, but I checked at the time and the days were available. And, to add further insult, I'm now regularly sent emails from the markerting department in the firm telling me how much I could save with them... My booking reference, in case there is a question as to validity, is FPMHYP.

We have used this parking service a few times now and always been happy. The shuttle runs regularly and staff friendly and helpful.

Quick and easy, so works, cheap and efficient

Buses are always running, seems every 15minutes to and from airport. Satnav will get you to Airpark. Staff at gate direct you to your zone, you park up and get the free bus to airport, it's straight forward, no issues.

The punctuality of the transfers was good. The roads on the car park are appalling particularly in wet conditions. Pot holes everywhere. Luton Airport in general is a disgrace. By far the worst UK airport I have used. Internet connection is poor and the toilets are abysmal. Ground staff non existent for 20 minutes after flight had landed. A woeful experience I shall not be repeating.

Everything worked well. Better signage at arrival would have been helpful. Delayed on return as road within carpark was blocked by resurfacing. Arrival & Return at airport worked well

I liked the self-park of your car. It was quicker and easier than a check-in and then waiting to collect your keys when departing. Downside of course is if you lose your car keys on your holiday! Transfer to Luton airport was straightforward and the bus uses bar ‘R’ at the terminus which is adjacent to arrivals and departures. All in all, a good option.
