Prompt efficient friendly service everytime.

We have used Short Run and its predecessors for many years and have always found them efficient, friendly and excellent value for money. The present organisation maintains the excellent service.

As usual, a friendly and efficient service provided. There was some slight confusion about the collection zone due to the construction work at Luton Airport and the constant changes of pick-up location which Airparks have to contend with. Given that this is an ongoing challenge for Airparks (and all car parking operators) and outside their control, I have given 5 stars as their operation and customer relations remains at a high standard.

Initial directions to find were not 100% due to road works but once found an excellent service was provided. Seamless pick up and would use again

Airparks Short Run's buses run frequently so waiting times are short. Staff are friendly and efficient. Being only 5 mins from the airport is a bonus.

It is located quite far from the airport and difficult to locate. My satnav took me to some sort of building site and when asking local people, noone knew where it could be on that road. No signs until you are actually outside of the car park. On the return I had to wait for a long time as the driver has just left and was told by the operator that the alternative is for me to get a taxi to come to them! The car was also parked so close to other cars that I was not able to open my boot or side passengers door. Pretty bad and unpleasant experience.

Easy and straightforward booking. Had a little trouble trying to find the car park but we managed to eventually find it. Checking in was quick and simple and the shuttle ride was less than 5 minutes to and from the airport (very early morning). On return, quick checkout. Great efficient service. Would definitely use again.

far better than last time when I was given the wrong number to call on my return, leaving me stranded at the airport at 11.15p.m. The number I was given left an answer phone message stating that the office closed at 11.00p.m. However this time there were no problems and the staff were particularly helpful and polite.

every thing went smoothly,despite heavy rain when we landed,I liked the way the cars were lined up for collection,I don't usually travel during this very busy period,but you coped well

Good service but was a little confused when we arrived at car park as it wasn't called Central Car Storage it had changed it's name to Airparks ShortRun therefore thought we had arrived at wrong car park

We've been using Central car storage for a good few years now , and have only good things to say about them , always helpful, polite and only a few minutes from the airport by their minibus.
