The service was good but when I got to bus stop the driver closed gate on me and I was calling to him and chose to ignore me so had to wait 25 mins for next bus.

Well organized parking, good directions from staff but the bus packed too many people onboard and was uncomfortable. Return to Car Park was meant to have 3 buses running per hour but we waited over half an hour for it to arrive. Driver stopped at each coloured zone which was good but those getting off then had to wrestle their luggage past a bus load of passengers standing in the narrow isles. Not the best!

Great location and excellent shuttle service (fast &frequent) Got this booking at a really good price through FHR, although the FHR diections were wrong and the opstcode they provided did not exist! (Thankfully a quick google search on Luton Short run Airparks got us there on time, which was just as well as FHR offices were not open)

Good on arrival, not quite so good on collection although it was quite late at night. We were told to phone a number when we were ready for pick up but after an answerphone message, then some music we were told no one was available to take our call. By the time we got to the collection point we just missed one bus and had to wait 20 minutes for the next one.

Couldn’t fault the service from start to finish, would have no problem recommending to friends and family.

It’s close to the airport and bus service was efficient. Would use this car park again.

there was a long wait for the pick up bus, which is not what you need after a long day travelling, perhaps they should have 2 running consistently to shorten the wait time.

Quick and easy to and from airport.

Car park is easy to get to and from the airport however i had a major dissappointment as it took me 1H to find the place to drop my car. The directions given are very poorly without any exact post code given . Apart from that all ok

We arrived at this car park at 3am. The attendant at the gate was friendly and cheerful as he checked us in and directed us to our alloted parking area. The bus was quick and clean, again with a cheery driver. When we got back from our holiday we discovered that we had a flat tyre. We phoned the company number to explain we would overrun our time and they were ok with this, they could probably see us on the many cctv cameras in the compound as I set to changing the tyre and promptly broke my wrench. All was not lost as the attendant at the gate, another cheery chap, lent me their heavy duty airpump/battery booster and directed me to the nearest tyre depot that would be open on a Sunday. In short very nice people to deal with in the middle of the night and when I was desperate and frustrated. Well done guys, thank you.

Very close to the airport and fast service. The bus arrives right in front of the airport entrance. Highly recommended.

Extremely small parking spaces, would not book again.

Worked well quick transfer friendly staff ( bit difficult to find)would use again.

The service is very good with pleasant staff at the gate house and on the buses. My only issue was that my flight was cancelled and I when I rearranged it for another day. At this time I also had to rearranged my parking. I was not able to do this in line and as it was a Sunday there was no one to call. When I saw that I would forfeit my place I drive to the car park and discussed with the person at the gate who was very helpful. When things are uncertain due to covid it would be good if changes could be managed on line. Thanks

While going to the airport it took 45 minutes. Coming back was easy.The bus was waiting.

Had to wait 15 minutes for bus from carpark even though we were ready to go at allotted time. Return trip from airport was much more prompt.
