Use APH regularly always top class service. All staff are always very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for everybody

Easy to find, swift booking in process, prompt bus to terminal

Terrible experience. Panicked and made a lat minute booking and accidentally booked it for 5 weeks. Was given a phone number to ring and get a refund for the difference but it was impossible to speak to anyone. Was told by the robot on the other end to e mail, which I did and I have heard nothing since. Complete and utter rip off company. I won’t expect anything back from this as after all I am just messaging another robot I suspect.

Very easy to book, clear instructions on how to find them and easy to find. Quick check in and goid transfer to the airport. Not long to wait on the return journey. Very friendly staff.

Our car was scratched in your parking lot. It was raining and night, it was impossible to see it right away. But in the morning when the car was dry, its entire left side was scratched off. Your guys tried to upload a photo of the car taken at night, even there it was visible, but they said that everything was ok and did not want to provide a photo during the day. A terrible experience, it’s a pity, since we came with our own car from Ukraine, and it’s very expensive to do it here now.

Hate Manchester Airport but always use APH when forced to fly from there. Always receive very good service and recommend it.
