I had a problem with the height of my van which was totally my fault but the staff sorted it out straight away

First time we had booked. Very pleased with checking in procedure. But in our return it took quite a while to work out where our car would. Eventually managed to find a member of staff to ask them.

We’ve used this service a few times before. It’s quick and easy, both on departure and arrival.

Quick and easy solution to parking.

We used drop and go for the first time for our recent holiday. I have to say from start to finish using this parking facility was excellent. Very easy to find,signposted very well. Friendly,helpful and efficient staff. Collection of vehicle explained very well and was very easy to use. I would recommend this parking highly and will use again. Price very good also.

Had a long wait for the bus transfer simply because of the loading times at stops. The buses were full on our departure and return so the time taken, even with the drivers help with cases made the journey to/from the terminal and waiting time the best part of 30 minutes. They needed more buses and perhaps better designed buses.

My husband and I have used D&G car park for a few years now and are thoroughly happy with the service. Very easy to book, easy to park and pick up, always someone on hand if you need assistance. Bus just outside to airport. Very pleased

I’ve used this service twice now and have absolutely no complaints. There was a gentleman showed me the first time what I had to do and the second time I did it all by myself, so it’s pretty idiot proof. The bus drivers from the D & G to the terminal and return are always so cheerful and helpful. I have a friend who works at the Airport and she had given me full info on all parking facilities before I chose D & G and I’m so glad I did. I like that the exit barrier has become automatic as I did struggle the first time to reach the button. Already booked my third visit in September. Excellent service.

Brilliant service from start to finish, easy and quick walk over to T3. Loved how efficient dropping off and picking up keys was - will definitely be using this car park on future trips.

Directions were spot on, found the parking easily and everything was clearly shown to you and where to go. The spaces were large and clean and secure highly recommend s and will use again.

On arrival at the car park I had a wheel chair user with the staff could not have been more helpful and I arrived back a day late they were no dramas trying to get things sorted would devo used and recommend stop and go to anyone

EASY TO PARK CLOSE T0 TERM 2 AS WE WERE AN HOUR EARLY.

It was a simple process which I was glad about as it was my first time.

Close to the terminal and don’t have to drive round the car park to find a space
