Waited for over 30 minutes outside the Terminal in cold rainy weather. Double the time it says on the website.

When we arrived at the car park we found that some of the supposed access roads had been parked on meaning that you had to reverse a long way to try another route around the car park. I know this is Jetparks fault for sitting on their backsides and not monitoring the parking. FHR's part worked fine but I'll try and avoid this car park in future.

The car park is massive, but there’s no way of knowing where the spaces are - was very busy on a Wednesday in October. The bus to the airport was fine. Stopped at Ryan Air terminal first. Return bus was a nightmare - long wait, very busy, stopped multiple times. Had to change bus back at the car park. So probably won’t use it again, but if you’ve got loads of time and not 3 kids then it’s probably fine.

Late flight and had to wait a long time with children for the bus . Was too long winded with tired kids. Won’t book again with them but would use it on my own .

No problem in entering nor leaving the car park. The number plate recognition worked a treat. No extra charge even allowing for about 1.5 hrs after landing , suit cases delay and car park bus waiting time.

Easy enough to book but on arrival no spaces... was so many cars just driving round to find spaces. Took us well over half an hour to actually get a spot. They're booking more spaces out than what they have.

Great location with frequent buses although they could do with some AC on hot days - unfortunately we were delayed getting to the terminals as a family had boarded our bus that needed to be in a completely different car park and our bus decided to divert and take them to the other car park which added another 20 minutes on to our transfer time - may be they should have returned to the terminal and got on the right bus?

Going out was great as bus was ready and waiting once we had parked our car. However, upon return to Manchester Airport we had to wait over 30 mins for a bus to arrive then 2 came at once (literally, it was like part of a joke). When the bus did arrive it was very busy but the driver couldn't have been more helpful. I am more than willing to give them another try.

Straightforward definitely recommend and use again

Found a parking spot as soon as we entered through the barrier, short walk to nearest bus stop, bus picked us up 2 minutes later.We were in T3 less than 10 minutes from entering the car park. Collected from bus stop on return within 10 minutes, although the bus goes to T1 then T2 we were in our car in what felt like no time. Would have no hesitation in using JetParks 3 again and booking with BookFHR

Used jetparks for years and found their service to be very good, the busses are usually every 10-15mins which is great.
