JetParks Car Park 1

Didn’t know where to que as it said off airport parking stood there for half hour the jet parks 1 bus came passed us and went down the bottom move to the bottom after waving at bus and he set off having to wait again for another to turn up when we arrived no where to park car No disabled parking left parked next to car park 1 pickup point after going round twice wasn’t a good start to the holiday and wasn’t a good finish either

Service was First Class and very helpful and polite staff. Very close to T2.

l like this car park . it's easy to get to , the airport bus is reliable and it's a fair price . It's so good that it appears to be closing down , bet the replacement will be dearer and less convenient .

I’ve always used jet parks as I work offshore but on this trip I got stuck out on a North Sea oil platform..I’m still here. I tried to extend my booking and was told I couldn’t do this and I’d have to pay £15 a day over my stay. I won’t be back till Monday so have to pay an extra £75 on return. I’m not to happy about this as my week stay was £48. I’ll be getting a taxi to and from the airport from now on as it’s cheaper.

Worked out quite well. Missed the turn on arrival so got a little lost but eventually found it. No problem parking up and the bus transfer arrived quiet soon after. Quite a delay waiting for bus on return so thankful it wasn't raining. Exit from car park quick and easy. Would use again.

The shuttle bus to the JetParks 1 had an internal of over thirty minutes. Expectation was ten minutes as in the past.

Jet parks 1 is a dump the worst car park I have ever used pot holes deep mud its a load of rubbish

Trouble free

On arrival at the car par jetbparks 1 we had to continuously press the call buzzeras the barrier wouldn't open.although this only took 5 mins it was very infuriating as we were very late due to an incident on the m6. On our return the bus took 30 minutes to arrive ..this is not unusual as this has happened in the past.I will certainly not use jetparks 1 again ..I dud give tgem the benefit of the doubt from a previous experience but unfortunately nothing had improved.

Got to be the easiest parking usually use jet parks 3 but been murder with road works and finding our way there this time around we used jet parks 1 and will always use this one now perfect for airport

Good location Easy to find and quick transfer Could update the gravel/stone surface as very difficult to move suitcases on- could be difficult for someone not in full health or older people

Jet Park1 Manchester. Everything was very easy, drove in, parked up, caught bus to airport. Nothing to improve here all good.

The parking was fine and car was safe. My car was still ok and all was fine when collected. However, I also booked to use the lounge whilst waiting for my flight. Unfortunately due to motorway difficulties iWe missed our flight which meant we didn’t get to use the lounge voucher. The only flight available to our destination was the following day so when we tried to use the voucher on that day we were not allowed in. Henceforth I shall not be using this company again. How hard is it to put into the system that if the voucher is not used on one day, even though you have my payment, that it can be transferred to another dat? Especially as you have my money.

Trouble free parking, could not have been easier. Also a big plus when the bus driver helped with our suit cases onto the bus. I would definitely recommend JetParks to anyone travelling from Manchester.
