JetParks Ringway

At the time of booking, I booked Jetparks 3 but somehow my booking got diverted to Jetparks Ringway and didn't notice this on my booking confirmation print-out until I arrived at the entrance to Jetparks 3 on the morning of my flight (16-11-23) and wondered why the barriers were shut. I found the help button to press on the control panel by the barriers and called someone and they explained I should have received an email to say my booking had been switched to Jetparks Ringway. Therefore I was given the correct address to pit into my SatNav and headed to Jetparks 3. Had I checked my print-out properly, I could've put the right postcode into my SatNav and could've arrived a little sooner without going through that. On arrival at Jetparks Ringway, the gravel ground was very bumpy with deep potholes. Needs to be relaid and flattened down with tarmac or another harder-wearing surface. I was afraid of damage to my tyres or suspension. I also could not see any clear signs as to where my nearest bus stop was. Needs some signs to point this out and make it clearer to your nearest one. Maybe even if there were a couple more bus stops could be useful. Overall I would book again but definitely room for improvement.

Good service, good bus pick up and easy to use site

Booking and parking there were no issues with however trying to amend a booking if you need to change the vehicle was non existent. On the website it tells you what to do to amend a booking but this cannot be done and it’s pointless trying to ring and talk to someone as your phone call won’t be answered. Would only book again if I was sure that I didn’t have to change my vehicle details

Easiest process of our whole holiday, only thing I could say is you do go round and round finding a spot could be signs to see where is less busy or has spots available. Transfers to the airport were easy more than enough bus stops and the drivers are very nice and helpful.

Easy to locate and no issues on arrival or departure. Buses very frequent and a short drive to the airport. Fantastic x

some of the parking is on stones making it very difficult to pull your suitcases to and from your vehicle.

My car was absolutely filthy after only parking there for 7 days,I’ve never seen it so dirty.

This is the first time we have used Jetparks. Next time will note down which bus stop we used . It would much better if all the roads were even as pulling a case on loose stones is quite a difficult task. The buses were quick to arrive both journeys to / fro the airport. Will use the park again.

We couldn’t travel and I tried to get a refund but I was 4 hours inside your 48hr policy.

Used Ringway several times and never a problem. I have to say there are two shuttle bus drivers who are absolutely amazing, they help every single passenger on with their bags. I wish I had the names to pass on. Amazing customer service ⭐️

+ Easy to use and close to airport. Bus driver on return pick up was friendly and helpful towards passengers. - Stony car park and not always easy to find a space to park.

Very busy upon arrival, no clear designated spaces so had to drive around for about 10 mins to find a space. But other than that, perfect.

Excellent parking no problems at all, always try and park with you.

Smooth as silk despite a major cockup on my part. Did what it said on the tin .

Fast and efficient parking. Automatic registration detection. Easy booking Car park would benefit from clearer bay signs especially at night! Would definitely recommend and will use again

NO TOILETS!!! Car park, surface not suitable to pull suitcase,no tarmac, hard to find a space,drove around for 20min,no space.Had to wait till next bus arrived with customers ..to park in their slot. shuttle bus service good!

The parking area was excellent and bus service also excellent. The only issue we had was that it took us nearly an hour on the morning to actually find the car park. We eventually had to go to the other jet 2 hour parking to get the bus driver to take us to the car park by following him which was kind of him. at 3am in the morning, this was extremely stressful as we were being told to go left continuously, by the operator at the 1hr parking, once we got to the roundabout but we should have been told to veer left and carry on to the main lights before turning left.

I have used Jet Parks many times. On this occasion I was disappointed on 2 counts. The gravel parking are made it extremely hard to wheel our case ( and I fear damaged a wheel) and we waited almost 30 minutes for a pick up in rain as the shelter was full.

All good apart from a bit of confusion regarding which car park we were to use - I hadn’t been informed that Styal Rd car park was closed in winter and had an extra 15 minutes driving around different car parking areas until I was informed! I’d still use the service again though!

Fab, so easy, buses run continuously, I have used this method several times and would definitely recommend.

Convenient, but can be a long wait for a bus if you just miss one
