Long Stay - Terminal 1 & 3

Very convenient for terminals 1 and 3. Only slight issue was that the entrance I had previously used was now for "staff only" but there were gentlemen at the gates redirecting us so it was only a very minor blip.

Great location, with easy access to and from the airport via quick transfer. Only problem we had was not being sure if you could park anywhere. Car was the same as we had left it. I like not having to leave keys. Great service all around and would use again. Great value for money.

I like on airport parking for its convenience, however on this occasion we waited over 25 mins on a cold, wet morning for a transfer to the terminal. We decided to walk to the terminal and didn’t see one transfer bus at all! We were not very happy! I would probably book again as we have used on airport parking previously and never had a bad experience before.

Wait to long for transfer bus car park not to far from terminal

Car park not as good as usual, due to work going on in area, bus pick up does not feed the whole car park, I believe the bus pick up rom this car park is going to be discontinued, is this correct.

Easy to find , no problems finding a space to park the car , shuttle bus takes 5 minutes to terminal 1 , collection on return , highly recommend

Waiting for bus 20 minutes at 1am.

The booking process was simple & price was reasonable. The auto no recognition never works nor did the scan code. I always have to ring for assistance which is very time consuming & frustrating. If this was fixed service would be great.

I booked late (Thursday and was leaving car the same Saturday) I have booked with you before and it was reasonably priced however £55 for just over 2 days was very expensive! Then we got there after our time slot had started but there were no spaces left. We spent almost 30 mins driving up and down the lanes. My husband got out at 1 point and was looking if there was anywhere else we could park. We called the number and the person on the phone told us to park in premium and we wouldn't be charged... so we did that. You didn't charge us thank God. But we spent nearly 45 mins looking for a space and not only did it leave us short of time to get through security it completely stressed us out and myself and my husband had a row. Not the best start to a holiday.

The service FHR provide is very good; everything easy to do and always the most reasonable prices. We were using T1 & T3 Long stay which is probably my favourite car park at Manchester however it was so busy it took us over 30 minutes to find a space!

Easy from booking to return, but it is a large car park so take a picture of where you parked or not the line/bay.

Arrived at long stay car park to find it full ! as barrier let’s you in with your car reg but does not take into account no spaces left drove round for quite sometime and then thanks to a lovely transfer driver we were directed to premium parking free of charge or we would have missed our flight.

I have used this company for parking 3 times previously and had no problem but this time I arrived at the car park barrier long stay T1/3 at Manchester and gave me a token, the barrier would not rise.... had same reg number. I also tryed scanning QR code on my phone and would not accept that so I parked on the car park anyway as a guy told me a coach was due to arrive any minute ferrying people to airport I arrived back after my holiday to collect my car, got to barrier but token in and it said I had to pay £112 so I immediately pressed intercom. A friendly guy took about 5 minutes but could not see anything so gave my name and said he would override the charge so luckily was all good Sorry for having a moan but was quite stressful at the time so hopefully you will get your systems sorted for next time

We normally use this car park. We were disappointed this time that several of the bus stops were not being served which meant that we had a long walk to the bus stop. Prior notice from either BookFHR or the Airport terminal car park operators would have made the process easier. Someone is not thinking enough about the customer! This will not stop us using this car park because the bus service is frequent and quick. It is also a reasonable price.

Excellent location. Unfortunately lack of buses picking up made the end of our holiday frustrating. We had to wait at least half an hour for a bus at the airport to take us back to the car park. Also the bus doesn't pick up/drop off at all the bus stops which is also unfortunate. Entering and leaving the car park was easy tho.

Difficult to find car park with all new building work going on, need extra signs to direct you, we go lost.

Finally found it , very confusing with all the road works. By mistake due to all the work by the airport went into wrong car park and cost us £4 for one minute 😞when we finally got to the car park all was good. Bus came quick and one waiting on our return.

All went well, would prefer a closer multi storey as they have at Terminal 2, but apart from that all went smoothly

Excellent as previous customer the information and directions were first class no issues either entering or leaving the long stay car park. Excellent I would strongly recommend FHR to anyone.

Will always use this car park. Buses regular and value for money.
